Galactic Vault

Found this from a youtube channel promoting small games. Thank you youtube. I am in love with this game. I played a bunch of borderlands and always wanted to make my own custom weapons instead of relying on the randomized attachment system the game has, and this game fixes it by making it the gimmick. The minimum specs are also really nice for those that are on a budget, I guess the game is really optimized even if it looks a bit like those unity messes. I do like seeing actually good games with that sharp edge look, so in my book it gets a plus.

Минусы: -Одни и те же мобы и боссы. -Рандомно генерируется порядок комнат, но сами комнаты просто заранее заготовленые. -В комнатах бывает слишком много всяких укрытий, каких то ящиков и прочего г_вна, мешающего быстро передвигаться, что бывает бесит в жарких замесах. -Есть большая вероятность, что игра может надоесть уже спустя 15-20 часов. Плюсы: -Общий визуал. -Приятная стрельба. -Интересная прокачка. -Интересно экспериментировать с билдами. -Несколько видов персонажей со своими особенностями. -Несколько видов пушек по 2-3 типа (3 пистолета, 3 дробовика и т.п.). -5 типов гранат. -Несколько медальонов, увеличивающих здоровье, урон и т.п. (Можно взять только один на забег).

Pretty decent FPS rougelite. I wish there was some more attachments, but I am only 2 hours through the game so far. Dev is quick with quick fixes for game-breaking bugs and communicates well on their Discord.

It's good. A lot of people say it's ripping off Deadzone Rogue. It does have similar vibes being in a spaceship and taking place in small rooms and all, but it still feels very different to play. I personally prefer the gameplay in Galactic Vault over Deadzone Rogue, mostly because it's faster and has better movement than Deadzone Rogue.

Gunplay is great, bosses are challenging, and perk/build variety is nice. I'm not too far in, but really enjoying it so far! If you have played Deadzone Rogue and liked it, definitely worth picking this up.
