I played 20 hours, made it to the final tournament dozens of times... and haven't won once. The closest I got was making it to the final battle a single time, where I got absolutely destroyed. Which was extra frustrating because I had been steamrolling most of the fights leading up to it. I even had several battles where I finished with nearly my entire team at full health thanks to healing and shields. Then the final boss basically said, "That's cute." To make matters worse, NOTHING was unlocking. After 20 hours I was still stuck with the same starting character while the other eight sat there locked, mocking me. I was seriously about ready to quit. Then, completely by accident, I clicked the Unlocks button on the main menu. ...WHAT?!!?!? Turns out I've been earning mastery points this whole time, and you're actually supposed to spend them to unlock everything. Twenty. Hours. Apparently, I never clicked anything except Play. So yeah... I guess I'm the idiot. 10/10 game, though. Maybe add a giant flashing sign for idiots like me that says: "HEY! YOU HAVE UNLOCKS WAITING!" "I HAVE 49,570 MASTERY POINTS TO SPEND".

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

It's not a bad game. And that's the best I can say. Dead game? I unlocked the full mastery tree, it didn't take long, which was a bummer. The Steam discussion board for this game is not active at all. I've played TFT since season 1, still do, but want to find a different good auto battler game. This ain't it.
Play Time: 79.9 hours Achievements: 68 of 68. 100% Date/Version: July 17th 2026 / 1.4.34 Rating: 9 out of 10 Tales & Tactics is an Auto Battler , Hex Grid, Rouge-lite, tactics game. In this game you'll begin by selecting a difficulty, selecting a “champion”, and essentially starting your run. Within each run you'll recruit members of your team. Your team needs to synchronize with each unit, and honestly you may have to shift strategies at some points. Your team will consist of upwards 6 to 8 units by the end of the game run. Each unique “tribe” has their own trait, these traits will either offer benefits to that “tribe” of units or the tribe plus other units. There is a very small story element and an announcer whom you can disable. You'll go on an “adventure” where you select 1 of the two actions after each encounter. Random events will pop up offering tempting prices or some prices with some consequences. You'll obtain passives like “artifacts/perks” in the game that'll help your run and rarely hurt your run. In addition there are a nice chunk of items you can equip to your units, help your main character with the run, and items you can equip can be combined to create powerful combinations. Note that there is meta progression in this game, this meta progression is used to unlock content. You can beat the game without unlocking these as this content just adds more variety but also allows for runs to be not super RNG heavy. I found the difficulty to be manageable until you reach the way higher difficulties where it's just a bit too much work. I believe the runs themselves are probably 45 minutes long if not longer but I wasn't really keeping track. (Potential Spoilers) Units: You have 111 unique units you may at one point recruit for your team and/or face off against. Each unit has something unique to them ranging from their stats, abilities, and appearance. Granted their appearances hex board don't fully reflect their model portrait... just a personal thought. Each unit belongs to a particular tribe/faction/trait. Some units have 3 different traits and some may have 1 or 2 pending on your perks you have on your main character. These units you'll have a bench they can be placed in, and an active battle hexboard. Duplicates of a unit can combine to increase the units level. Level 4 is the default max of each unit, but your units can go to level 5 via special things. You have to roll for units to see what random units come up for you to purchase. Tribes/Factions/Traits: There are 37 unique traits in this game. As I mentioned before each unit has 1 to 3 unit traits. Think of these traits as “tribes/factions” in my own words. For instance if you have 3 trickster traits active you'll obtain a very unique trickster item you can equip to your units. Another example is the “Pack” trait where if you have 3 units with the pack trait you get +1 to your Army Size, and if you have 6 units with the pack traits you get +2 to your army size (team size). Like any game some of these passives may not be equally as strong, may not work as well against other teams, and may be better early, mid, or late game. This was a fun aspect to learn, and the game “allows” you to shift your teams meta if you notice the opportunities. Items you can Equip: You'll have 8 base items that can be utilize to combine into each other to make up a total of 38 unique combinations (I think) my math may be wrong. But it doesn't stop there, we have an additional 123 event style items that your units will be able to equip. Just like with any game some of these even items may have some negative consequences with them. Some will even change your units ability. It's honestly a fun concept and allows for some unique team combinations. In addition we have Banners you can equip, these banners will provide your unit with another units “trait/tribe/faction”, and will offer additional benefits such as +24 attack speed. Consumables: Consumables are items your character can use. You got 15 basic consumables and 64 special consumables. Consumables can do a variety of things such as increase a units attack speed, disable an opponent for a few seconds, even providing you with a unit you haven't obtained yet on your run. Consumables can help you reduce your curse level which becomes a huge factor as you increase your difficulty. Curse: Once you increase your game difficulty you'll start with curses, each curse gives a 5% chance of a rolled unit. Honestly sometimes you just have to embrace the curse. When a unit is cursed they are chained. Unchaining them costs you 1 life point. You typically start with 6 life points, 2 being 1 time passive live points. You can gain more life points by winning battles. End Game Currency: It's used to unlock for events, items, units, traits, etc... You can beat the game without using unlocks and this game does a great job by not making your runs impossible because you've added so much additional content. Yes there are elements of RNG but they don't destroy the game. And unlike several games I've played where when you unlock more content it just adds too much randomness and makes the game just.. well random this game doesn't do that in my opinion. Achievements: Mass majority of these achievements are not RNG heavy what so ever. Yes there are a very few but almost every run I was able to achieve at least 1 achievement, and it's possible to get 2 or 3 achievements per run. The developers want you to play the game is all. Unlike some games where the achievements are 1% event that happens maybe 1 time in 100 runs. Final Thoughts: This is a MUST BUY! For any person who loves the auto-battler, team building games. I super enjoyed myself and look forward to additional content that I'm assuming is going to come. Another recommendation I have is The Last Flame if you haven't already played that game. PROS: Unique Tribes/Factions/Traits Unique Units Nice Learning curve Unique Items Unique Consumables Game Play Length of runs Short but simple story Speed and pause settings Save mechanics NEUTRAL: Art – Portraits don't align with some of the unit models CONS:
玩过的最不自由的自走棋游戏,人口、随从品质都给你锁死,没法运营多人口打低人口,没法提前解锁高品质阵容,所有的事件重复度极高,各种低收益,遇到就爆炸,决赛遇到复活骷髅直接寄,纯纯垃圾
Played my first game, earned 1400 points. Spent 500 and ended up with -3900 points? Played my second game, won the tournament and earned like 4300 points. Spent 500 again and ended up with 450 points? Why have a cost if you charge a random amount? I dont have much of a drive to play this anymore if simple math is wrong. Dont waste your time with this game!
I have played TFT before in master tier so I have some experience in the genre. This game is nice, you have a shop, 5 slot, refresh with 1 gold, combine 3 hero to upgrade, synergy your team to hit trait BP. In 1 sentence, this is TFT but PVE. I beat the highest difficulty which I think is understandable if someone going to said it was unfun for spamming 1 comp to win. But that's one of the fun, you get something, and you build upon it. If it's not working, it mean you're doing something wrong, or you can blame the dev for not balancing the game, that's fine too. Because I see some of the unreasonable broken ♥♥♥♥ in the PVP and it's unfun when I see my all 3 cost 4 star comp lost to 4 BP healer. That doesn't sound like balancing to me. lol.
Well to start, I don't see a demo available so that feels bad. Shame on the devs for that I got the game on a 90% sale, so this was an easy buy and recommend at $2. The game does what it says it does and what you'd expect from this type of game. I won campaign mode on my very first attempt, so the game is definitely beginner friendly. Some of the skill animations were absolutely great. Most of the main character portraits are ugly in my opinion, everything is too cutesy (artist clearly is targeting the wrong audience). Character traits are not balanced well, some are not worth getting at all. Unlocking stuff was cool at first but I'm at the point of considering turning off certain unlocks, just bloats the game to feel TOO random. Many item upgrades feel very meh. As you increase the difficulty, the enemies get bonuses that are somewhat unfun. I STRONGLY dislike the curse mechanic, which cripples you from getting the units you need when the game is already super luck based already. Easily worst decision they made. I initially gave this a thumbs up... but I re-read my comment and thought on it. There's too many glaring issues for a 2 year old game to give a positive review.
It's a nice little game, but there are a few things I'd want to see improved upon; Firstly I'd like to listen to another song once in a while, it's pretty much always the same over and over again and that can get a bit annoying despite it being good ^^ Secondly I'd like to 'coded' characters to be included in the main roster (optionally or otherwise) so the Quick Play starting option and the regular random picker can select them. Otherwise it could use a bit more variety as there are many monsters that are... they just suck, many of them really do. Some trait archetypes are also much stronger than others. Otherwise I really like the game and do not regret buying it.
