Fun game great to have tournament and manager mode. This have has a lot of potential. Playing on the steam deck the game doesn't run great but lowering the settings to low makes the jerseys for both teams white. Could do with a tutorial as it's hard to figure out some aspects like tackling. I'm hoping that some optimization and tweaks can improve the experience.
fun game. Make a hurling one pls.
Tried it, just think this was a miss.
Game is very rough around the edges but if you can see past that, It's good craic. definitely overpriced but if you're willing to fork out the 30 quid its going to a small team of creators that could do with the support and funding to make improvements in the future. For my own opinion I'm having the time of my life creating teams, players, kits etc. And I'm loving the career mode that I'm currently doing with Antrim. Can't wait to see how they're gonna update this game in the future.
It is great to see another Gaelic football game on the market. I've really enjoyed my first couple of hours playing and can totally respect this is not a polished game by any means but regardless I'm having fun! Big respect to the small dev team and I'm sure they will continue working on this project as they have already fixed some issues prior reviews brought up. Bringing the Saffs to division 1!
This game is great. More so it has great potential for the future but it is a long way from being something that you could get lost in for hours. I played one round and I felt good I probably could have even upped the difficulty a bit. The controls were easy once you memorized them. I would just say something can probably be done about playing defense the constant auto player switching throws me off so much. I won't hit the switch button but I will still be sent controlling someone halfway down the field. The hand pass for me was difficult to aim too because the second you hit the button it switches you to the player who should receive the pass and if you are moving with the one tossing it makes the receiver run away from the ball. Other than that career mode is more of capturing a season with your team than a career, I couldn't figure out how to put my created player on my team so I could start to see their stats build up or anything. All and all it's good work so far for a smaller developer and worth playing a round every so often if you like Gaelic, I hope that people continue to buy so that the developer may be able to keep it going in the future.
firstly its great to see gaelic football having its own game again after so long, it has issues and feels a bit clunky especially in the tackle, id also like to see the handpass a bit smoother, but there is good game play too, i just won a game 3 06 to 2 08 and it was fun, id recommend this, we need to back it if we want to see our sport in a game
Best soulslike game of 2026. Bit rough around the edges but has potential
Great to see more GAA representation. Excited to see more of how they continue to tweak this with feedback now, but the title is more ambitious than anticipated. Good start.
tis good
