game is not finished at all...my keeper spawns behind theres from there kick out. alot of bugs gameplay also quite stiff will keep the game in hopes that it goes towards improvement.

Everyone is slagging of the game because of the graphics but I actually think there not bad and the game is really fun to play i just wish they had the actual players in each county or adding clubs with random names I don't mind but still 100% recommend

Other comments have pointed out the bugs and the flaws with the game mechanics but for longevity maybe an in depth tutorial on how the mechanics are intended to work. The mid 2000s picture of a controller with the buttons listed is not enough to understand certain features and their use cases such as the advanced skills with the ball or how to catch a ball vs punch a ball when passing to a teammate etc. To repeat one highlight of other comments in particular, the price point is high for what it is in its current state, but I would be happy having paid it, if everything was ironed out and expanded upon. Other than that I have been waiting for a recreation of the old Gaelic Football game for a loooong time and hope a bit more polish is put into this to make it a solid experience.

I’ve been following the dev team for a while and was excited for this game. It’s great fun, and for an indie sports title. It shows real dedication to the craft. The game has its quirks and bugs, but it has absolutely amazing potential, and honestly, I already find it very enjoyable. Sure, the graphics aren’t AAA, but that’s not what makes a game stand out. What the team captured is the essence of an arcade-style GAA game, what you put into it is what you get out of it. The discussion around the price is understandable, but remember this might not get massive traction, and the team has clearly poured a lot of passion into making it. From the bit I played, I only encountered one game‑breaking bug in Quick Play, and it happened at the end of the match, so it didn’t bother me too much. It may not be fully there yet, but you can clearly see what they’re striving for and I can’t wait to see more updates and content as it grows. I’d recommend it because it captures that PS2 era feeling when games were fun, repayable, and full of charm. It’s the time you spend playing, the investment, and the replayability that make a game memorable. No, it’s not the FIFA of GAA, but that’s exactly what makes it good. They’re already working on bug fixes, and I’m happy to keep playing as it develops. Fair play to Buck Eejit Games, you can really see the vision behind this. Looking forward to added content and your future projects.

Its a fun game when youre playing but it crashes all of the time. If that was fixed I would definetly reccomend it

it's o'er the bar for a point

This game is more riddled with bugs than there are Riddler trophies in the entire Arkham series. very bad for a game that costs £30, the amount of decisions made that would give them a foul but for me its overcarrying?!? - still gonna play the game though

As someone who has been following the development of the game since the very start, I am actually impressed with how it turned out. The gameplay videos posted in the last year showed some imperfections, but they were pretty much annulled in the final product. The movement is clean, the passing, shooting and dribbling options are many and the animations are fairly good. You can play multiple tournaments, career modes and practice. Obviously, this isn't the perfect game, but knowing that it's an indie game, I am very satisfied with the product. I'm not even Irish, so I can only imagine how much have lifelong GAA fans been expecting such a game. And if we were to compare the good old PS2 games with this, you cannot be disappointed. Another great thing is how the developers have been listening to the feedback throughout the whole game development and continue to do so, even releasing new patches in the first days following the release. So, even if you have some issues, you can expect them to be resolved quickly. All in all, I recommend this game and the price to pay is small, considering how much new games cost nowadays.
