About
Welcome to Funnel Runners, where you will have your first on-site deployment with APEX Storm Monitoring Services.
A high-priority F5 tornado is approaching, and we are counting on you (and up to 7 fellow friends) to collect data, scavenge necessary information, and, of course, survive.

The weather is your worst enemy here. Tornados and storms will spawn randomly, grow stronger over time, and tear the whole map apart. Buildings will collapse piece by piece, and items will no longer be found in destroyed areas, so you must adapt quickly. Be careful not to be swept up by the wind; you may not be found again.

In this mission, you can team up with 7 other players or tackle it solo. Share gadgets, split up to cover more ground, collect necessary information and items to fix the van before the situation turns bad.
With realistic graphics and a first-person perspective, the experience brings you close to every gust of wind, distant siren, and falling piece of debris.

Scavenge the collapsing city for scattered vehicle parts, fuel, and tools. These items will allow you to repair your van and help you survive the storm. Each playthrough features randomized environments, weather, items, and problems to solve on your vehicle. No playthrough will be the same.

Fun but not enough content yet
good game icl
This game has potential. It is soooo much fun, however it is very early in development and that is obvious. There are still many bugs, glitches, and gamebreaking issues that will piss you off and make this game hard to play. I still think it's worth it. Also, this game runs very poorly. Look at my specs and just know these only get me 80 FPS at best, and an average of 40 in game

THIS IS AN EARLY ACCESS GAME at the time of writing this! Loving this game so far but I'm from the Midwest USA so.... of course I would love what is just a normal weather sim for my area! Could use a bit more variation, but overall fun. I'm excited to see what the devs do with it, I love this way more than Phasmo and find it way more engaging as you're constantly running about. PROS - Fun - Actually nerve wracking when you don't know if you're safe. - Allows me to live out my best intrusive thoughts - Just like in real life you can completely ignore the siren. - Devs seem to be actively working on it. - There's lore! - Love that the TVs can act as warnings and play legit commercials. CONS - Can get repetitive - Def meant for 3-4+ players on Normal - Some hit boxes are a bit big - Hard to know the difference between 'danger crunchy house sounds' and 'normal crunchy house sounds' - Difficulty scaling could use some work - Unsure on some effects (what does granola do?) - Why does the truck horn sound so comical? Perspectives from someone who's lived through at least 11 tornados: - Not enough people just chillin in their lawn chairs ignoring sirens - Needs at least one guy going "We needed this rain" before he gets murdered by a tornado - I have to know why none of these houses have basements. - One of the channels needs to be some local channel that banks all their success on 24/7 Doppler Coverage - One house has to be 'that house' with too much crazy nonsense in it or questionable stuff.
+good game +fun game - new game so the gameplay loop gets old after beating it 1-3 times. i hope that they will add some sort of cool campaign or quest to the game. I also hope that they will add some more thoughtful "weather" and not just acid rain and tornadoes. such as, maybe something with lava seeping in the city from a volcano or fire twisters, maybe some sort of electric storm, or any other cool disasters
So which update we getting emotes for this awesome van jams?!
Perhaps I bought in too early in the Early Access period. The top most helpful negative reviews on this game at the time of writing (by Lollipop and Chin Lee) expressed my concerns well, but I'll share my own thoughts here. I played with a full group of 8 at QuakeCon 2026. I had some initial enjoyment figuring out the mechanics of the game. The visuals and atmosphere are top notch. However, once we figured out how not to immediately die, we completed Training Mode difficulty and then tried Normal difficulty and beat it in our first attempt. There just isn't enough game here in my opinion. Normal was essentially the exact same as training, with a slightly stricter timeline. We didn't unlock anything on any run, as far as I could tell. Apparently there's just one map in the game right now, and the gameplay loop is the exact same every time. Scouring the map randomly for items isn't very fun, and certainly doesn't have enough replayability. Ultimately we played for about 1.5 hours in total, and I don't see any need to return to the game as-is, so this just became my first ever Steam return request. I'll still keep an eye on this game as it develops, as I think there's a promising core idea. I hope they add more *game* into the mix, and more challenges besides fetch-quests. Find the fun and lean into that!
Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Tornado Earrape 10/10
One of the absolutely worst executions of a game in the history of friendslop games. Common household items required to fix a car are suddenly the rarest items in the world. I had all the components to fix a tire before the F5 arrived, but it was constantly pulling me away from the side of the vehicle making the minigame literally impossible to complete due to being continuously pulled out of range of the vehicle. so even if you have everything you need to leave, you are cucked into watching as you are unable to complete the tasks required to do so.
STORM ooooooooOooOOoOOoooo :D
