Froggo Swing 'n Grapple

Early Impression: I don't feel the trailer for Froggo Swing 'N Grapple does itself justice. I knew I was in for a nice experience but I feel this game might be a real gem. The grapple mechanic is seemingly simple at first glance but offers tons of opportunity to master it. Good for someone looking for a casual, cute, game. Or someone who likes to put their skills to the test. It's the kind of game I imagine would be perfect for people who like to speedrun, which is convenient because the game does offer a speedrun mode in its options. The game is certainly worth a try if it even remotely looks interesting to you.

It's a fun game. It took about 3 hours for me to beat while attempting to collect all the gems I saw. There were more things to collect and secrets that I didn't find as well. All of the levels have their own mechanics with a lot of variety, which is nice. The game reminds me a lot of some of the older Kirby games.

The demo has 2 levels and I played it for almost 4 hours. If that's not a testament to this game's replayability then I don't know what is

Había jugado al otro juego del desarrollador cuando salió, el Froggo's Adventure: Verdant Venture, y me encantó. Así que compré este también e incluso me gustó más, ya que está basado en una mecánica un tanto más original, como es la llamada cuerda ninja. En ciertos momentos, requiere bastante precisión, por lo que llega a ser un desafío interesante sin ser imposible. También merecen una mención especial los jefes: peleas cortas que requieren tanto reflejos como aprenderse los patrones de ataque, en especial el jefe final que me pareció una propuesta brillante. Lo Froggomiendo.
