This was my favorite game for a while in the early 2000's! Not just for the first-person pilot/action aspect, or the cool spacecrafts and solar systems, but the story-arc still gets me whenever I replay it. 10/10.

READ BEFORE BUYING. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. Before you continue with this purchase, understand that you are purchasing a game that came with no manual on how to get this game working properly and might have to go through a few hoops before actually getting this game to launch. Not recommended playing with dual screens because it will split on both screens unless you can either figure a way to keep it on one screen or change your settings to "duplicate screen." As for gameplay, it works fine and dandy for a while, but you may be bound to catch a technical glitch along the way that will prevent progression into the next mission. I ran into this kind of glitch and could not prevent it from happening and, as a last resort, I attempted to get a refund for the game being broken and was rejected and only owned this game for less than a week. As I said in my first comments above, you are potentially buying a game that you will be stuck with and face a glitch that will break the game. The choice is yours from hereon out.

Game doesn't work.

Great game! I played it a number of years ago, and re-discovered it recently. Interesting and engaging story, and the gameplay is good once you get used to the controls (I'm using a keyboard and a mouse). I like the variety of missions, from "special ops" to "blow everything out of the sky"!

This game is absolutely amazing. It's a big part of why I'm still a PC gamer all these years later and why I like space sims and dogfighting games. I absolutely love the story and the voice acting and everything about it. It's more than a classic and should be considered a must play for anyone who loves this genre.

The best sequel ever made! I played this when it was new and have nothing but great memories of it
