Freddi Fish and Luther's Maze Madness

Luther would release all the kelp seeds. Without Freddi he's a mess. But I grew up playing the main games, if you also did, this game aint for you. A bit boring, slow, same concept level after level. Need more worm doodles, I'm addicted to them

Memes aside this game is actually pretty good for a childs game the custom level editor is basic but its a good sandbox to come up with some creative levels

All of these Humongous games that aren't the point in clicks erode my brain in a existential way.

In this game, you explore Pac-Man-esque mazes collecting kelp seeds, while avoiding and outsmarting various hostile creatures that swim throughout the paths. Most levels have multiple mazes which extend the levels to add more playtime! In addition to this, collecting a scepter in every fifth level unlocks a bonus maze with wacky pests you must eliminate for extra points. Power-ups are also used to help Freddi outwit foes: Worm doodles give Freddi a sugar rush and increase her speed temporarily, bubble containers can shoot out bubbles that trap enemies, and a special protective bubble will make Freddi invulnerable to all enemies. The only thing I don't like about it is that Luther is not really involved in the gameplay; he's just in the cutscenes and the level select screen, which makes you wonder why his name is even in the title. Nevertheless, Maze Madness is an outstanding game and I simply adore it!

Their point and click games are great. This is just an expanded mini-game that would be better placed within one of their other titles.

The slow, colorful atmosphere is perfect for small children and adults who want a peaceful game experience. It's a great way to detox a young kid from the fast paced and overstimulating social media landscape. Highly recommend.

Freddi Fish and Luther's Maze Madness is another Humongous mini-game, uh, game. While the other Freddi Fish games have a story, wacky characters, and tons of interactive backgrounds and puzzles, the mini-game titles do not. This is typically the main issue with these games (at least it is for me). I say this because the mini-game titles can be fun for a short while, but lack a lot of the fun and educational elements from the main games. With that said, this one is my favorite mini-game as it offers more variety than some of the other ones. Also, like the others, you are able to make and play custom levels. As for the game, it is a top-down, point-and-click puzzle game. Luther accidentally lost some shiny green rocks that belonged to Grandma Grouper, and they must get them back before she comes home. So, you control Freddi (with the mouse) to navigate the maze-like levels, collecting shells, candy, animals, the green rocks, and a lot of other things. As you progress, the designs become more complex, new puzzle elements are introduced (such as teleporters, switches, timed hazards, and others), and dangerous fish that will attack you. Your main goal is to collect the green rocks, but there are always extra items and power-ups to collect for a higher score. Aside from that, the graphics look very much like the other Freddi the Fish games, the UI is functional and fine. The sounds and music are nothing to note, but probably more appealing to a child. There isn't much to change or customize, but the game doesn't really have anything to modify to make the experience more enjoyable. No bugs were encountered. Lastly, I would say the game is fine, but not really worth $4.99 USD as it is much shorter than the main Freddi games. If you get the Freddi the Fish bundle or Humongous bundle, it is worth it, but you will most likely play the other games more often.
