Enigmatis: The Ghosts of Maple Creek

I haven't played hidden object games in a while, and this reminded me why. Some objects can be extremely hard to find depending on your screen brightness and how close your face is to the screen, though thankfully the hint system was generous, and finding objects becomes easier whenever you return to previous sections, as the objects you've found previously are removed from the pile. Story is alright, leaves me wondering if the answers to the questions left by the ending are explained in the sequel games. Overall, a short game that should be bought during a sale

Enigmatis is honestly a really great hidden objects game. Nice mini games, a good story. I can recommend it!

Hidden Object games area a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine and Artifex Mundi seems to be the ones that do it well. This is a bit of an older ono and the actual HO scenes can be a little more tough than their later ones but its still fun. Don't come into these games for the story or animation or acting, they are all ...not great but the puzzles carry it and overall I always have a good time with these

Challenging! My grandma had this game on her Kindle when I was but a wee lad and I wanted to replay it, so I did, It's surprisingly hard! Probably the Hardest Hidden Object style of game I've ever played although I haven't done very many, so that might not be saying much. Playing the game on it's own is pretty fun, although I imagine to get the full experience you'd want to play the other Enigmatis games as well. I probably won't any time soon but I'd say go for it if you want. The story element of this game is very fun! Although I imagine this is not the first Enigmatis game so you kinda just jump right into the middle of everything, but the "I remember now!" moments make the story coherent enough, The hidden Object part of the game is toouugh, but not impossible, esp if you memorize the scenes. The puzzles are also tough! but a good level of challenging for me when I just wanna chill. In short, you should probably play the other Enigmatis games alongside this one, but if you like the genre, go for it!
