Every individual soldier is a player that contributes to the war effort through logistics, base building, reconnaissance, combat, and more.
Massively Multiplayer Warfare - Thousands of players connect to the same world and fight in a persistent war that lasts for weeks. Immerse yourself in a sandbox that includes hundreds of hand crafted towns, villages, and other areas of interest.
Logistics - Comprehensive logistics game where every bullet, weapon, vehicle, and drop of fuel is produced and supplied by real players. Win battles by cutting off supply lines or sabotaging infrastructure behind enemy lines.
Trench Networks - Fortify your front line with trench lines and bunker networks. Build underground bases with ammunition storage, engine rooms, intelligence centers, and artillery emplacements.
Weather System - A fully dynamic weather system that simulates snow and rain storms. Weather can have a profound impact on the battlefield, freezing over rivers, disabling equipment, and limiting artillery effectiveness.
No Man’s Land - Unleash devastating artillery bombardments that can permanently level towns and transform landscapes into a desolate no man's land.
Tank Combat - Dozens of tank classes and variants supporting tank crews with gunner, commander, and engineer roles. Tanks can be tracked, have their fuel tanks ruptured, or be disabled and feature an armor system with penetration and deflection mechanics.
Naval Warfare - Construct impressive fleets of Battleships, Destroyers, and Submarines. Launch massive beach invasions to claim territory on distant shores.
Train System - Players can design and build large scale railway systems, enabling supplies, vehicles, and other equipment to be hauled over long distances across the persistent world.
Facilities - Construct and manage industrial bases that can be developed into mass production centers or shipping ports servicing hundreds of logistics players every day.
Air Warfare - Build and operate squadrons of recon planes, fighters, bombers, and other specialized aircraft.
Paratrooping - Paradrop behind hostile lines to cripple key infrastructure and disrupt enemy logistics.

Game has 2 difficulties: easy mod ♥♥♥♥♥ and chad wardens
I've been playing this game pretty consistently since 2024, and have seen the player base rise and fall in population and change over time, so I believe I'm qualified to offer a few pieces of advice to decide on whether or not you buy this game. First of all, there is the gameplay, which comes in several forms of combat, logistics, and building. Most of my playtime has gone into combat- infantry specifically, and honestly, it often leaves much to be desired. The overhead viewing style takes a long time to master when fighting with small arms, for how low the skill ceiling is. Most other forms of combat, such as operating vehicles, crewing naval vessels, or manning artillery guns, take an amount of coordination and teamwork that is hard to find, especially as a new player. And although both sides do have good components of their arsenals, there is a heavy weapon imbalance, and you'll probably find yourself frequently wishing you had a weapon or vehicle the other side did. As for logistics, building and many frontline battles too, progression is a slog. Any meaningful progression can take real hours of your day- like 8 or more, consistently- due to the insane amount of time it takes to farm, process, and transport materials. I'm not as interested in logistics, but if you do commit to it you'll definitely feel how long and hard it is. Many, maybe even most, wars end because one side's logistics players burnout from the sheer amount of time and effort it takes to keep battles going. As the map grows and new features are added, the active players are spread thinner across the fronts, making it easy for large or experienced regiments to put large amounts of pressure on weak points, undoing hours of work before you've redeployed to defend. More important than gameplay though, in my opinion, is the playerbase's culture. I notice daily the condescending tone veteran players seem to have towards newer ones, for playing less efficiently or making mistakes, which probably makes a lot of people quit. There is frequently toxicity within factions, as well as between them. Wars and even smaller conflicts within feel like they're more about making the other side lose than seeing your own side win. It's exhausting to be a part of sometimes. Nevertheless, I do love this game and it would greatly benefit from more players. I have been a part of the same regiment (CAF) for almost my entire playtime, and have made great friends and memories. That being said, it definitely isn't for the faint of heart, or for people that may only have an hour or two to play games a day and don't feel like repairing bunkers under artillery fire or carting materials to refineries that whole time. But if you do have the time and passion to dedicate to this game, you'll eventually and intermittently enjoy experiences unlike that which you could find in any other game, from making massive comebacks weeks into a war, or seeing a base you built hold up under the pressure of large regiments with seemingly infinite supplies. Or perhaps sneaking behind enemy lines to destroy valuable equipment that took many people weeks of time to farm, or even still creating so many supplies that players across the front praise and remember you. Maybe also the thrill of cutting down hordes of enemy infantry with a machinegun, rushing to take a trench with dozens of your comrades, or going on a killing streak with your tank crew. The game's definitely in a very rough spot right now, but its concept is very promising, and maybe it'll make a comeback. If you derive nothing else from this, I would say that if you want to get good value out of this game, you need to be willing to put a lot of time into it.

Bought this game roughly a month ago and already have ~200 hours in it, which should say enough. Player base is amazing and very helpful in general ! This game is doing something unique, that I haven't seen in other games yet. In this game you need to invest time, to build something up, to then - hopefully - see the fruits of it in battle. No matter how small or big your investment is, every little bit helps. ( which in general is the reason why I love this game ). You only have 20-30 minutes? Fine, you can do X, Y or Z . Got some more time? Fine, do A, B and C instead. Team work is encouraged and easy to participate in. Here comes the not so good part. Mainly played in war 137 ( current war of writing ) . I've had an amazing time during the early and middle stages of the war. You win some, you lose some, but it was fun and you felt everyone was working hard. The tipping point was the moment when blatant cheating came to light. What this means in practice: A team of players spend loads of time building various things, but it gets fully undone by bad faith actors. They loose all their hard work within seconds. The developers have even said: tough luck ( even if the developers reaction is false / partly true ; there has nothing else been said by them to address this issue, which is a bad thing in general ! ). The experience, in the past few days, has been that this seems to have triggered regiments( groups of coordinated people ) to simply stop playing the game. Meaning there is no or very few resistance when the other team starts to push. There are still area's where loads of fighting is happening - which can still be a lot of joy - and I'm not downplaying those fights ! GG to everyone involved ! . That being said, it's clear the previously heavily fortified areas are falling over, because of very limited resistance / decay ( people actively ignoring these structures and not maintaining them ). Why would anyone spend so much time in any game ( no matter how good ) when you can loose it all within a blink, thanks to confirmed bad actors / cheaters... ( Not because they just have better gaming chairs / skill issue ... ) This is why I - currently - would NOT recommend this game to anyone. Cheating is a problem in more games, but the lack by this particular developer to even address it, is very concerning. It feels like they do not take your time - in game - serious at all. I will consider removing / updating this post if the developer team does address it and rolls out changes to combat this.
I've put up with this game for a long time, but I can't take it anymore - Colonist tanks are just too weak. I was fighting in a Bardiche tank against two Outlaws and one Lordscar. I destroyed the Lordscar in three shots, but then the Outlaws jumped me and I only managed to kill one of them. Why is it so unfair?!
Keeping a bad review until hackers and balance issues are dealt with.
Lack of moderation is gonna kill this game faster then anything with cheaters basically getting a green light to do whatever from the devs.
Hacking rampant, and this is a game which is always multiplayer on one giant server so there's no "ignoring" it or "playing elsewhere" Asymmetry is neat at a glance, but the devs have implemented it VERY poorly not fun to play. I don't recommend
No active moderation, developers continue to buff one faction and not take gameplay or actual use into account
This game is extremely buggy. You freeze around, and it's overall very confusing to new players. I don't understand how to play the game at all after almost 1 hour. I expect a game to be able to teach you in a good way.
