the UI for this is so bad whoever designed it needs to never have a job again
The worst manager version ever. They kept updating it all year, I was waiting for everything to be fixed, I played 150 hours, but this app is just one big bug, there's no point in even listing them all. If someone makes modern team rosters for FM 24, I'll never come back and play the previous version. It's just a disgrace. Almost a year after release, the game just pushes you to the brink. I've played this franchise for almost 20 years, and now they've ruined everything.
I personally am really enjoying this game. The amount of depth involved in making sure all your players are happy, managing budgets, and balancing tactics means the game takes quite a while to actually learn. I would personally recommend watching a YouTube tutorial before playing because the in-game one is not the best. I spent the first 10 hours frustrated because I didn't really know what I was doing, but once you finally figure out how the systems work, it becomes incredibly rewarding. A lot of people say it's not as good as FM24 or other previous versions, however, I haven't played those so I can't discuss that. From my objective perspective of not having any nostalgia or bias from older titles, it stands on its own as a great management sim.
Unplayable game. The UI is awful to the point i'd consider it broken. You can't find anything you want to see, things that took 1 click to find now take 7/8 clicks and around 5 minutes of looking all over the screen or googling how to find basic information. Nothing is laid out logically, everything is a really stupid, annoying pop up screen. The back button takes you back to the main interface screen so you have to repeat the entire process all over again. It's honestly a joke. I tried to persist with it for maybe 10 hours, uninstalled it and won't play it ever again. On the plus side, you get 3D graphics that no one cares about.
this is not good.. if this is the future of football manager, we are well and truly f@@@@d
UI buttons randomly stop working, only way to fix is to force close the game. Impossible to progress due to save button not working.
