This is your grandpa’s FlatOut, and I’m not talking about its age. The Good The soundtrack is a banger and has a clear old-school rock vibe to it. It builds the game’s identity the most, and without it, the feeling wouldn’t be the same. Driving, in a vacuum, feels nice and has weight to it. Progression feels good, and it defines clear goals. The Bad The physics are all over the place. For a game that markets itself as an arcade racing game, it is too punishing. It feels like the car has no weight to it, and hitting ANY obstacle or turning too fast will either send you flying, spin the car 360 degrees, or completely stop its momentum. It wouldn’t be a problem if it weren’t for all the obstacles and sharp turns that every single map is littered with. Like 99% of the frustration I felt while playing this game was the result of yet another time I had to restart a race because I hit a random cone and flew out of bounds. No, I am not exaggerating, and it IS that big of a deal. Stunts are absolute garbage, and the one thing I just couldn’t stomach was going for 100% completion. Unlike later games in the series, stunts in this one make no sense, and there are no guides or tips on how to complete them. I genuinely believe that completing them is a question of pure luck and nothing else. One of the reasons for this is the bad physics I talked about earlier. On top of being mostly random, the game requires you to get the max result three times in a row to earn the achievement. I couldn’t even get one in any of them. Just total BS. Overall, I don’t recommend it, as later entries in this series are essentially the same game but infinitely better.

Хорошая классическая гоночная игра. Не просто аркадная гонка в духе второй части, а скорее симулятор ралли кросса, даже сейчас очень качественный и интересно играющийся. Главная фишка этой игры это физика, достаточно уникальная в ней не так просто управлять машиной, объекты на карте ощущаются плотно, вождение очень приятное. Другая сильная страна игры - боты. С ними интересно гонятся, они ощущаются честно и соревновательно. К сожалению, не очень много контента, но может это и плюс потому что при прохождении игра не успевает надоесть. Всем любителем гоночных игр рекомендую
Игра 2005 года, но вождение автомобиля ощущается очень даже неплохо, играть хочется. Кто захочет поспорить со мной, взгляните на Flatout 3, которая вышла намного позже и лицезрейте этот ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Графика в этой игре соответствующая для этого года, но проходится быстро, на одном дыхании. Она сложнее по управлению чем вторая часть, это точно.
Ну, после игры в прекрасную вторую часть это полный пиzdeц. Можно сделать скидку на 2004 год, но даже в гонку из первой Мафии играть будет приятнее чем это) Про системные требования говорить не буду, и так ясно, что запустится на тесте на беременность, графика для своих лет... ну норм, даже лучше чем в третьей части Интерфейс мое почтение, называется "зблев дизайнера", деръмо как с точки внешнего вида, так и с точки зрения понимания Главная проблема это все же геймплей. Не буду сравнивать с FO2 и FO:UC, так как они вышли намного позже, но даже в вакууме в это банально неприятно играть: геймплей для гонки очень медленный, но при этом тачка управляется черт знает как, что такое "сцепление с дорогой" авторы тогда, в 2004, видимо не знали, восстановление занимает писец много времени, так что после каждой аварии, скорее всего, придется рестартить заезд, ну и самое дэбильное это то, что водитель вылетает из тачки даже при малейшем столкновении, что иногда выглядит ну очень странно Музыка в этой части - говно Единственный плюс игры - она дала зеленый свет для шикарной второй части, и прекрасному ремастеру второй части) Немножко положительных эмоций я конечно получил, но играть не советую, сыграйте лучше в FO2 и FO:UC :3 (по настоящему получить кайф от FO1 можно только если скачать Chloe Collection, по другому никак) 4/10

Старый добрый флэтаут, гоночный треш флешбек из детства, кто знает тот знает... Рекомендую! Если решите получить платину, придется вступить клуб "Ebal mat' razrabov"
Absolutely insanely frustrating, music amps your ♥♥♥♥ up while the ai is out to ruin your day. 10/10 perfect racing game, if it wasnt ps2 era id be more upset about the limited music, still fukken bangers.
