this game pisses me off, but i STILL love it

Five Nights at Freddy's 2 — это, на мой взгляд, лучшая часть классической серии. Здесь стало гораздо напряжённее: новых аниматроников больше, механики сложнее, а каждая ночь заставляет постоянно быть начеку. Маска Фредди, музыкальная шкатулка и отсутствие защитных дверей делают игровой процесс невероятно динамичным. Даже спустя годы игра отлично держит атмосферу и способна напугать неожиданными скримерами. Саунд-дизайн, мрачная атмосфера и загадочный сюжет заставляют возвращаться снова и снова. Если любите хардкорные хорроры с постоянным напряжением — однозначно стоит сыграть. До сих пор считаю FNaF 2 одной из лучших игр Скотта Коутана. 👍

5.9 I liked this one a little more than the first, there was a bit more going on and it felt a bit more like a game than the first. I think I overall prefer the monsters from the first but I do like the evolution of the prior animatronics alongside the new ones here. Much like the first, very quickly a lot of the cameras become somewhat meaningless, with just the prize corner being the main one with that music box. It has a bit more nuance than the first but does essentially boil down to, music box, flash corridor and check vents. I went back to redo night 5 of FNAF 1 and after not playing that for while and only playing FNAF 2, the first has some awkward sticky light buttons which FNAF2 improved on also. There were a couple times on Night 6 that had an 'impossible' setup of being attacked by Bonnie then immediately Toy Bonnie before I could wind the music box some more. This was annoying but attempts are short enough that it wasn't really subtracting. I am mixed on the inclusion of the mini-games, I know of course that they've been blown open within the fandom but as a more casual approach you are randomly thrust into them with no real explanation, the letters you hear are somewhat heard to hear and piece together. That being said I do think they are an interesting narrative supplement albeit definitely feeling a lot more breadcrumbed to lean into the rabid fanbase.

Probably my favorite but also the most stressfull game in the series. Mask mechanic is fun and the new animatronics have cool designs. This game is not scary however, way less so than fnaf 1
