Fishing Tale

The game is as described: a stress-free fishing game. You also get to customize your character a bit (you gotta get the Dapper fish for each item though!) and a journal to keep track of fishes you caught. A shop is also there to get you fishing stuff that you might need. If you are on Steam... Then you get the Golden Bobber for free! (Thanks you! ^^) This is a game you can play while doing something else. Literally. You need to catch up with reading and have a need to multi-task at the same time? You got it! I just wouldn't recommend setting the game screen to the one that makes it look like a phone screen... You can't move that one around... And the game will *always* be in front of everything, regardless of what you have open. It likes to take priority. XD Fun and cute and relaxing. Good work!! ^-^

I was playing this game for a while now on my phone, on a break or a few minutes here and there. Nice music and my favorite Ta-Da sound. Very fun for kids, bright and no annoying mini-games forced on you. Interesting to click on things around, some of them make unexpected sounds. Somehow the game is on Steam now too, I just also found out that there is a shop and some more new staff all around in this build.

Fishing Tale is a super relaxing game without all of the mini-games that many fishing games include. The nature sounds and music are nice after a long day of whatever when you just want to click and catch a few fish.

A great, cozy game to relax.

Simple game to calm down for sleep at night. Click, or space bar, to cast and reel in. Journal of fish to catch in 3 different areas. Some wardrobe attire to choose from and unlock as well as different lures/reels/whatnot that is nice. Sit back relax and enjoy the music. I'm hoping that there are more areas to check out in the future. Until then achievement hunting it is. 10,000 fish is a lot to catch :)

The game is very chill. Nothing more to the fishing than click to cast, click again to reel in. Nothing wrong with that, I enjoy it. The reason for my downvote is how broken the game window is. As it is, it is impossible to play this game at the same time as something else on a single monitor. The game is pinned on top of programs, so it shows on top of any window no matter which is active. This wouldn't be an issue if the game window was small, like desktop idle games, but the smallest window size still takes up a good third of the screen. In addition, the "original" resolution (phone mode) can't even be moved around the screen. It is stuck in the center, and cannot even be minimized. At the very LEAST there needs to be an option for a custom window size, so people can make it as small as needed to show over programs without taking up too much of the screen. If this ever gets fixed, I'll give the game an upvote.
