Reviews
I originally left a pretty positive review on this game but I have deleted that review and am changing it to a medium review. I do find the game very cozy and cute, but nowhere in the description or lack of tutorial, did it inform me that my fish would die if I afk to go watch a movie for a couple of hours. I purchased the auto feeder and assumed that would include auto grabbing the pop-up for more food (which hardly shows up much at all) but that is not the case. There is also nowhere in the shop to purchase more food. I would have expected an idle game to not require me to keep an eye on it in order to collect food for my fish. Please implement a way to purchase more food, or increase the spawn rate for the food pop-up. Aside from that ridiculous feature of the game, everything else is great.
Very cute and fun game, only thing that may need to be added is letting the player know that fish will ask when they need food, so don't spam at the beginning, and also that food can only be obtained from a pop up that gives you free food every so often
Not much of an idler if all your fish die after a bit of idling.
Likes: Love the game itself! Played the demo a bunch as well. Thoroughly enjoyed it! If you're into desktop games as much as I am, you'll absolutely enjoy this game! I highly recommend it! Dislikes: Nothing to dislike, honestly! What I would like to see in the future if possible: Would love to see a setting to have the option of having the game either always on top or not. Right now, it's always on top, but I would like to see a setting for this. Would love to be able to name my fishes as well. How cute would that be? 5/5 Stars for me!
Eh not so much a "Idle" game when your fish need to be fed every 3-5 minutes. and if you run out of food there is not a way of buying more with the earned coins so all your fish just die and are lost.
its fantastic! i love my fishysss its really helpfull with ADHD to keep concentrate on pc. i study online and this helps me ssrry for bad english, i'm stupid (i got 70~ hours on demo and my bf by me all game, thank you, Did, love you) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ обожаю эту игру, обожаю этих глупых рыбок эта игра мне правда помогает концетрироваться не смотря на СДВГ, мне стало куда легче смотреть видео и учится, так что всем советую эту игру что бы не отвлекаться от компа под предлогом "ОТВЛЕКУСЬ И МОИ РЫБКИ УМРУТ С ГОЛОДУ" (у меня примерно 70~ часов на демке и скажу так оно того стоит, очень круто, тем более в этой версии куча разных разноцветных и красивых рыбок! рыб намного больше чем в демо, это офигительно! спасибо моему партнёру за то что купил мне эту игру <3)
I'm liking the overall concept of the game and the graphics. I think with some tweaks and adding instructional info, it'll hit the mark of excellent! *THE GOOD* The enjoy the look of the graphics, it's nice to be able to resize the aquarium to a variety of sizes, and it's not difficult to accumulate coins to spend on more fish and aquarium upgrades. It's a nice, idle game. *THE MEH* My main complaint about the game is that it's lacking explanations & instructions. When you play slots to get a new fish, what are the different colored cards (green, blue, purple, & red) meant to indicate, if anything? What exactly is affecting the rate at which I automatically accumulate more coins? Is it the total number of fish in the tank, the rarity level of the fish, or something else? Does each fish generate more coins as its size increases? Does the coin value of a fish go up as a fish increases in size, or is the coin value (of selling) always the same? Do the fish grow indefinitely? How do I know when a fish has reached its max. size? *WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN THE FUTURE (if possible):* I wish it was noted somewhere the current total number of fish in my aquarium. In the "Fishes" tab would be a great spot to add this: total number of fish with slash for the tank capacity (i.e. 10/15). It would be cool to be able to give each fish a personalized name. Would love to be able to purchase fish from the "Shop" tab in addition to the "Slot" tab. (like another reviewer mentioned) Would love to see a setting to have the option of having the game either always on top or not. (nitpicky) I find it unnecessary when playing slots to get a fish, that first: it spins to select the card and then when you click on the card, it spins AGAIN until ultimately landing on a fish type. I think the first spin is all that's needed.
Very cool and relaxing game. Congratulations for your project! Im looking foward for your next games!!
This is a really cute game. It's so 90s! 100% recommend.
