About
Dr. Rosalene and Dr. Watts have peculiar jobs: They give people another chance to live, all the way from the very beginning... but only in their patients' heads.
Due to the severity of the operation, the new life becomes the last thing the patients remember before drawing their last breath. Thus, the operation is only done to people on their deathbeds, to fulfill what they wish they had done with their lives, but didn’t.
Finding Paradise is the standalone 2nd full episode of To the Moon's series. It follows the life of the doctors' new patient, Colin, as they attempt to unravel a life that is split down the middle, and fulfill a wish that appears to be self-contradictory by nature.

After finishing To the Moon and A Bird Story, I was eager to dive into Finding Paradise. On the surface, the setup feels familiar: you once again control Dr. Eva Rosalene and Dr. Neil Watts as they take on a new Sigmund Corp. patient wanting to fulfill a final wish on his deathbed. However, this is far from a simple rehash. Freebird Games manages to craft a fresh, thought-provoking narrative that stands entirely on its own. The writing is top-tier, striking a great balance between humor and genuine emotional depth. Visually, the charm remains intact with expressive pixel art and animations, all elevated by another soaring, beautiful soundtrack. Gameplay-wise, it offers a bit more variety than its predecessor. The signature memory-tile puzzles return with subtle improvements, and the game playfully breaks up the walking-simulator format with unexpected minigames, including brief, hilarious nods to shoot 'em ups like R-Type and classic arcade fighters like Street Fighter. Overall, Finding Paradise is a fantastic follow-up that refines what made the original special while taking the story in a surprising new direction. It's an easy recommendation for any fan of narrative-driven games.
