Very easy to beat. I got 100% (in game) in like 90 minutes. However there is more to this game then it first seams and it is absolutely mental. Xtreme mode = 10/10 My PC which can easy handle high end games hit less than 1 FPS. Also I'm here because of Angory Tom :)
ENG: Roguelike whit simple graphics, we are an immobile turret and waves of little squares come at us, we choose upgrades pin pum pam! and when we realized we already have 200 little squares above us and we shoot laser beams, it is not super original, but the formula works, and entertains.

Fun game
nice
Tried this game after seeing Angory_Tom play it, thought it looked neat, however it's not as fun as he made it seem. The game is mainly just very shallow. There's not much "skill" involved in how you play, other than what upgrades you pick up, and even then it's not really a choice that matters, particularly once you get the second set of wings. From the start, the game is absurdly difficult. Not at all because of skill, but because of RNG. The "bonuses" that you get at the end of each stage actually prove to be massively detrimental nine times out of ten. Pregnant enemies overwhelm you, the "some squares are immune to player" one gives the squares an invulnerable shield that you have to wait for your bought "allies" to clear because you can't shoot through the invulnerable squares. The shields make the squares so tanky you're just not going to be able to kill them fast enough, etc etc. The only ones that I've seen which isn't hard to deal with is the "squares get faster when they reach the line" and "ninja squares" ones, because they don't overwhelm you if you can manage them. Other than that, the bonuses you get from the detrimental effect simply aren't worth it. After every round end I found myself looking more at which detrimental effect would bone me less, and not at all at what bonus effect would help me more, because if I picked the wrong detrimental effect I just lose without any contest. In fact, the moments where I had choices between any of the above listed ones, it was faster just to quit out than try and fail to win. It just got worse from there, really. I got to stage 2 after the slog of stage 1 and in the process unlocked two new wings. The first pair, the unlock for encountering all square types, was completely useless. Healing instead of money had absolutely zero use, because if you took any damage at all you were probably dead anyway, and losing out on money was a massive killer - you NEED the upgrades to survive. The second pair of wings was the unlock for reaching stage two, and it frankly trivialised the game. It was the first pair of wings, but better, because instead of having to shoot bullets that would then split into a bunch of bullets going in four different directions from the original bullet, you instead could shoot a million bullets at once in random directions going left. It was basically a free wave clear if you used it right. At that point, after the slog of stage 1, having the second stage be absolutely no contest was frustrating to an extreme degree. Going from RNG, unavoidable deaths, to the ability to freely wipe waves with absolutely no issue despite the RNG, is just... Disappointing. It wasn't fun to deal with that. The game realistically has a fun idea, I can't really say it's unique, but it's fun, something I would've played if not for the bs that was the balancing. No real way to deal with the detrimental effects in the first stage other than hope you got lucky, and after that being so strong it's too easy if you pick the second stage wings. I don't recommend this game as a result.
