Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.22/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Fun game, but lotssssssssssss of bugs, be prepared to spend the first hour finding patches to fix them, then u can enjoy the rest
FF13: Big sister saves little sister. FF13-2: Little sister saves big sister. This game improves a lot upon the first game, but for every positive it brings, it also comes with a flaw. The story: Positives: I actually understood the story and could follow it. It was condensed and had a clear purpose. The concept of time traveling and space is something I find very interesting. Negatives: The concept of time traveling and space is executed very poorly. It’s shallow and lacks any real depth. You travel to 30 different locations (10 locations in reality, because the rest are just reskins with different times) and meet the same 4 characters the story revolves around. There was so much potential here. You could have done so much more with just this concept: aging, seeing loved ones pass away, history changing when you mess with the past, and so much more. Instead it’s just “travel to location Y, find item X, go to the next location, find the next item…” The map: Positives: It is no longer one long corridor. Negatives: Most boring-ass locations. None of them were fun, memorable, or had any attention to detail. The run speed is so SLOW that the maps take forever. I miss the speed hack from FFXI. Luckily there are birds you can ride in almost every map. And Cheat Engine speedhack works (I recommend value 2). Characters: Positives: Instead of 6 different playable characters (which were all badly written), you only have 2. They’re well written and tolerable. Your combat setup is saved, unlike the first game where every time the game forced a character change, your setup got ruined. Big positive. The main villain is very cool. I like what they did with the main characters from the first game. Negatives: I don’t like the main character as much as in the first game. Serah (little sister) made me miss Lightning. In this game Lightning becomes this cool, mysterious supporting character. In my opinion Lightning is one of the best FF characters just from this game alone. Also, you kill the main villain like 12 times — it becomes boring and repetitive. Like dude, I just killed you in combat and now you somehow won in the cutscene, just to pop up at a later stage in the game over and over and over again. I killed the main villain in the first hours. GUESS WHAT: HE IS THE FINAL BOSS ALSO. AND THE MIDDLE BOSS. AND THE MIDDLE MIDDLE BOSS. The DLC starts with you fighing him and I instantly uninstalled the game without finishing the DLC. Combat: Positives: You can catch monsters (by killing them) and use them in your party. Negatives: I have fallen asleep twice (only) during this playthrough. And now you have random encounters that appear at the most ANNOYING locations. It is very hard to avoid random encounters in certain maps. Overall this game is a lot better than the first one, but it still has a lot of issues. My biggest issues with the game: - Frame pacing. WTF is this performance, man. IT IS TERRIBLE even after all the community fixes. Prepare your eyes for 42 FPS gameplay. - 30 FPS (IF LUCKY) locked menus. Makes it feel so unpolished. MODS used: Nova Chrysalia (MOD LAUNCHER) 4GB patch (ESSENTIAL) ff13_fix (ESSENTIAL) Crystalium Rebalanced DLC Restoration Early DLC monster crystal (never used) Early ultimate weapon (barely used) Equipment cost 0 FFXIII-2 audio fix Fragment 10x CP HD font and GUI Monster crystal always drop Monster glow begone X360 Button prompt Some mods I wish were available: - The stupid MARSHMALLOW character who never shuts up and keeps saying KUPO. REPEATING A GIBBERISH WORD IN A CHILDISH VOICE EVERY 5 SECONDS DOES NOT MAKE THE CHARACTER CUTE. -Make the random encounter circel smaller and easier to escape.

13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 11: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

A gem if you get it to run. Very unexpectedly loved this; didn't think that could happen after whatever FF13 tried to be - There's little of Lightning which is probably why I like it - Serah and Noel are great MCs. They both make sense in their positions and have rich lore. Also it only works cuz they're MCs togehter. Either of them alone would've been way too stale - The only companion you can get is cute, so that's worthy of mentioning. Previous companions from FF13 are present in the game, in multiple ways, but never part of your party - The lore is confusing at first, but the game makes a good effort at explaining it. It's layered and deep and you piece it together slowly - The random encounters are too frequent; the combat is fine - Exploration is a stark contrast to FF13 - you can do whatever the hell you want in this game - There's side content, but most content you'll find is necessary for the game progression - Love the music - The story itself has some plotholes, but I enjoyed what they did with it - Good villain
this game rly cool it is sadly still final fantasy 13 so theres a lot to sift through that isnt very cool but its so creative and fun and the music and soundtrack is so varied and interesting and the areas are pretty and fun and the combat starts you where you should start instead of ff13 taking 20 hours or something. If you like ff7 rebirth please check this game and Lightning returns out as remake and rebirth especially are very much spiritual successors. And stylistically similar ways of being creative and I appreicate this games very unique 2010s feel u do need to download a couple mods to stop crashing and stutter though.
Memang ini review yang telat bgt, tapii setelah tamtkan trilogi FF13 barusan, aku bisa bilang buat story XIII-2 the best dari trilogi, walaupun Lightning hanya Aura farming sepanjang game, tapi bener bener liatin story setiap char, walaupun ya untuk gameplay aku ngga suka untuk tame monster gitu, untuk soundtrack the best juga ini apalagi serah theme sm noel theme yg dying world, itu best sih. Thank you FF 13 trilogi, I will miss it.
This game is amazing for it's time. There is time travel and a story that really pulls you in, if you can look past the graphics, the music and emotional pull makes it so worth it! It's interesting, it has you go through time to fix things, fight to save the world. Like any emotional FF game, it gets a bit dramatic and sad here and there, but it wouldn't be Final Fantasy without it! Oh! and the battle system is interesting, it's like watching a movie and pressing the buttons. It can be stressful but it's different than the old turn base, which if you like that, you may hate this. But if you're like myself and don't like turn base or weren't brought up on it, this is a new thing and was pretty cool I thought :D Give it a try if you haven't, I recommend it! Just be warned, the story doesn't get much better after this game..

Genuinely one of the worst pc ports ever made, square enix should be ashamed for selling this. Even after hours of trying to fix this trash it still runs horribly and crashes every 30 minutes. However, the game is incredible and is a fantastic step up from 13. If this game ever gets a playable port I heavily recommend playing it or just playing it on ps3.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAME, its the worse port i have ever seem, it crashes for anything, i have 3 hours of game with ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ 6 crashs, i'm done
