Papa's Freezeria Deluxe

I remember how, back in school, everyone would play this game in computer class, even if given a single second of free time, and when I found out that it was released on steam, I had to give it a try. Back then, I only got to day 5 at max, I never knew how much content the game really had, from characters, seasons, ingredients, minigames, cosmetics, etc. I still have a lot more to see, and I recently found out there is technically an ending. Overall I am happy the creator of these is still making/remastering Papa's games. 10/10 game

worth the price because it adds stuff from the newer games (custom workers, specials, holidays, dining room/delivery...) and it looks really good

Fun game! Very nostalgic feeling but with great QOL updates in the deluxe version. Simple but addictive gameplay. Customer orders a sundae with a mix-in and flavor, then you but it on the blender to the customers wants, put the toppings on and serve it to them. I will say in comparison to Papa's Pizzeria the customers are much bigger sticklers on accuracy. Way tougher to get full marks in comparison. Customers are extremely unforgiving on the mixing and toppings stations. Even just a couple of seconds too long on the blender and you'll get docked crazy points. The toppings is something that I've yet to fully master consistently. Enough to get the trophies but it took me the entire game with natural progression to get 30. Also want to appreciate the sound design in which you can hear the blenders in all areas with the volume of the blenders being louder the closer you are. I appreciate that even at its loudest in the blending area you can still hear faintly hear the BG music and any times set. Realistic from me experience. Points for that. I like the mini games better in this game, they repeat and reskin 2 of the mini games from Pizzeria being the racing and sauce shooting games. There's also a duck hunt clone, a slider puzzle game, and pipe puzzle game. Some can be hard to solve within the time limit, but definitely doable. I will say 2 bubble gum machines you need for a trophy are locked behind winning mini games, so you're gonna have to play some of the more frustrating ones if you want to 100% the game. Other than that the achievements are relatively easy to get, with what you need to do to earn being literally spelled out for you. Plus there are some excellent guides to help with the tougher achievements and mini games. Would recommend!
