Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.44/day in the week to Aug 4 → 1.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

SQUARE ENIX!!! GIVE ME THE AFTER YEARS (and the interlude too i guess lol) PIXEL PERFECT AND MY LIFE IS YOURS!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE!!!! I WILL DIE FOR SQUARE ENIX!!!
good
While it wasn't the one that made the first effort on bringing a more "cinematic" adventure, it was certainly the first one that polished it (I'm sorry FF2, you know I love you) by improving the party members (both combat and story), level and enemy design, to the point where most of the bosses and locations actually became quite memorable to me. I don't really want to talk about the story because it does offer some twists here and there and, while I would do some things differently, I don't want to turn a review into a "rant" or spoil the story. Overall, an improvement from the previous games. When it comes to the pixel remaster, my only complaint is that the music is lacking some of the kicks, percussions and bass that the original had and in some parts, the pitch of the notes is completely different. It was a bit weird, like a sanitized version of the songs. The only thing I actively hated was the removal of the developer room for a sign that says "closed" instead of showing all the developers like in the original. It felt so dystopian it kinda depressed me. If you're coming from FFXIV, you're gonna see - Almost everything in Endwalker (Tower of Zot, Scarmiglione, Barbariccia, - The main summons (Ifrit, Ramuh, Garuda, Titan, Shiva, Asura, Odin) - Calcabrina - Lunar Whale - Loporrits - For songs; Main Theme, Battle Theme 1 and 2, The Final Battle, Troian Beauty, Sorrow and Loss, Battle with the Four Fiends, Another Moon, Kingdom of Baron, The Red Wings - And of course, Golbez And Zero... kind of

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 22: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game, in American Game-rooms was "Final Fantasy 2", without even having, in my young recollection, a FF 1?.. However, the story alone when I'd watch my sis play, taking my turn later after dinner.. I took to this game - which in turn made me love much; if not all RPG releases in super Nintendo / PlayStation & on. The Kaine and Cecil storyline and the Babyface to Heel play in this game is what SET Final Fantasy in American culture for decades to come. Even when 7 came about... I longed for this story and game play & the mood it lifted me into. I just now got the control's where Id like (kind of...Would have loved to use my Xbox-"perfectly hand-fitting" CPU/STEAM-controller now.. not for this.. Yet. I understand that maybe, if this game gets grip-sales as deserves; like I think it will; then perhaps controller-play will be added. I saw it ready to be lit up in gaming options :) This game is a MUST if have only ever tried the FF7 craze that went worldwide for good reason! This is the STORY that BEGAN it - in American homes. Almost 100% sure of it, as great of a story and gameplay mastery this program reasched.
The Pixel Remastered of Final Fantasy 4 is a pretty good solid updated version of a SNES classic that has definitely aged this game well like fine wine 35 years later. The only downsized about this particular version is that it doesn't have any of GBA exclusive content like having some of the guest characters in the end game and the Lunar Ruins dungeon which is unfortunate but not necessarily a dealbreaker since the original SNES version already has a handful of side quest, dungeons and optional bosses here & there that'll keep you busy before beating the game :)
They keep getting better compared ot the first three in the series this one has an actual story.
Fun game with some interesting changes from 1-3. I was not a fan of the forced character switching for most of the game, but it wasn't terrible. And the story was interesting and kept me invested along the way.
Me indigno tanto que se murieron todos los personajes que se unieran que termine buscando si estaba haciendo algo mal... y solo encontré burlas de como el juego se ríe en tu cara... no puedo con esto, lo borre.
The story Is wonderful and easy to follow along and is perfect for getting used to the ATB mechanic
FFIV is a great JRPG and the pixel remaster is a great way to play
