VERTICAL & GROUND COMBAT
Bounce off slimes to launch into the air, throw your Extraction Barrel from the sky for a heavy impact, slam yourself down with force, and send ragdolls flying in every direction. Activate and combine powerful abilities, collect resources, and customize the next UNIT with a growing arsenal of upgrades.
PURGE, SURVIVE, ADVANCE
Your mission: purge the corrupted zones of Earth by extracting Filthium from the water and depositing it into Collectors, while defeating hordes of zombies and mutants. If you enjoy dark, gritty indie shooters with a strong atmosphere, Filthium Zero is definitely worth your time. The game does a great job creating a tense environment where every encounter feels dangerous and satisfying. The visuals have a rough industrial style that fits the theme perfectly, and the sound design really pulls you into the world. Combat feels responsive and rewarding, especially once you start learning enemy patterns and mastering the mechanics. It’s clear the developers put a lot of effort into the gameplay loop and overall vibe. What impressed me the most is the atmosphere – it constantly feels oppressive and mysterious, which keeps you curious about what’s coming next. For an indie title, it delivers a surprisingly immersive experience. If you like challenging gameplay, dark sci-fi aesthetics, and discovering hidden details in the world, Filthium Zero is absolutely worth checking out.
Chaining several low orbit drops shouldn't be this much fun. But it is.
It's a really great roguelike, a bit of a hidden gem. I highly recommend it to all roguelike fans who enjoy this genre. The character progression is very well balanced, with a variety of weapons, mods, and balance tweaks. It’s just a fantastic game overall—definitely worth trying. I even completed all the achievements! 10/10
Controls don't make any sense. Game might be good but... why is everything on the triggers and nothing on the standard controller buttons? Decades of megaman/metroid/hollow knight have made this control layout as counter intuitive as they could have made it. Add the option to edit binding, or a reasonable controller profile configuration option, and this game will go from a hard pass to a maybe.
really good and fun game, does need a few more different items and upgrades but still currently a 10/10 indie game, also awesome dev, very cool person.
Really fun game with a base for something amazing, combat and movement feel good. Slams are also a fun mechanic I haven't yet seen in similar games. Can't wait for more of this fun in the future.
A fun, challenging game for a few coins. I only wish there was more content.
Immediately hooked on this game. Love how easy it is to gain momentum and do serious damage. I hope we see more of this in the future!
Fun, intense. weird, awesome. Great game.
