Never usually review games but felt the need to here. This is a must play for anyone a fan of walking sims and it’s a great spin on the genre, and for the price it’s an absolute steal. Plus it isn’t as spooky horror as I was expecting which was really nice, making this much more refreshing and enjoyable compared to slogging through a 10 hour campaign. Great game
Great sound design, interesting story.
A nice little adventure this one. Really love the aesthetic of the art style used and the sound design is top notch. The story was interesting and immersive with a few jump scares to keep you on your toes here and there. Trying to find all the collectables also provides a nice side challenge to this game. Would highly recommend to any walking simulator fans.
A thoughtful, quirky, little indie game! The concept, art style, and voice acting stood out most to me, all working together to make a nice gaming moment. Worth a try! I always like supporting indie games :)
This is a solid first indie game, I was drawn in by the great artwork and level design, and I actually nearly ♥♥♥♥ myself from fright! Looking forward to the update where I can shoot that spider.
Fun little indie game with some cheeky jumpscares. The story was interesting and I really liked the art style! Definitely worth trying it out whether its the full game or demo :)
I love the art style of this game! It was unlike anything I have ever played before. I got scared a few times but I get kept going for the squeaky teddy bears <3 The level design was unique and I didn't really know what to expect next. The sound design is really good and creepy ;-; I really recommend especially for the story it really surprised me. 10 Squeaky Teddy Bears out of 10
Fear Is In The Mind has all the soul and heart of a classic indie game and from a developer who has made their debut release, I wish them their every success on their game development journey. With some great voice acting, collectables, and a minimalist yet interesting art design, this is a great dev and team to get behind and is worth the price of admission! Looking forward to their future projects!
Fear is in the Mind is a short yet well polished narrative game that also delivers well balanced collectable challenges, would recommend.
Interesting art style and story. Became a little frustrating with the 4(?) times I played through trying to find all the teddy bears. I wish on subsequent playthroughs there was a chapter select or at least the option to skip the audio cutscenes. Even having new game plus move a bit faster would help with the tedium looking for the collectibles
