Fear Effect Sedna

Não posso falar muita coisa em relação a uma comparação com os outros jogos da franquia, pois esse foi meu primeiro contato. Contudo, apesar de não entender muito do enredo graças a falta de explicações eu me diverti bastante e até criei carinho por alguns personagens. O jogo não tem uma soundtrack presente e falha bastante em alguns pontos do combate, o plot também tem vários problemas e a falta de explicações em certos acontecimentos pode deixar muita gente confusa. Inclusive, essa falta de contexto me obrigou a fazer uma pesquisa para realmente entender o enredo geral. O interessante é que mesmo com todos esses problemas, os personagens conseguem segurar tudo com tranquilidade. Cada um tem sua personalidade que mesmo caricata consegue prender de uma forma absurda. Mas, entendo e apoio totalmente as pessoas que dizem ser um péssimo jogo para uma franquia antiga.

El juego es de gama media, es decir, de un 6,5. Estando ahí, diría que no es bueno, pero comparado con los 2 primeros de PS1, mas o menos esta en la linea, aunque por debajo de estos. Por algún motivo, seguramente de costes, optaron por una vista cenital, pero desluce unos de los puntos fuertes del 1 y 2, que es el técnico. Las cinemáticas si que están bien. La historia esta mas desarrollada, con algunas notas para leer, pero como en los anteriores, hacia el final, se pierde todo, con cosas muy extrañas y pocas explicaciones. Una pena la verdad. Lo peor de todo es el gameplay, pese a que se mueve bien, el juego parece que quería ser un Xcom, pero al final no, dejando como elementos de eso que no sirven para nada. No hay sensación de que disparas, te golpean ni nada, cosa que hace al juego aburrido. Tienes habilidades, pero se seleccionan de forma tosca y poco útil. Esquivar y eso, no sirve de casi nada. Todo esta mal ahí. El juego es un indi simplón, pero como esta casi regalado, por lo menos las escenas animadas están chulas y gracias al parche de la comunidad, se puede disfrutar en español.

Didn't take long after some tutorials for controls and fights for a puzzle to pop up. I couldn't solve it due to broken visuals needed for completion (something I had to cross reference with my play-through and someone else's)

Not the best game I've ever played, but it's not a bad one either.

one of the worst games i ever played. the game ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sucks. dont even try it even if is free is a waste of your time.

Ok...I am a huge fan of the first Fear Effect, and Retro Helix. Heck...i was disappointed when I heard that the game/series name had to be changed to Fear Effect from Fear Factor. I was late to this one because I wasn't gaming when it came to existence. But I have played it now...and oh boy, what did I just play? I could go on and on about how bad it is and how it doesn't even feel like it is part of the Fear Effect world (and that it feels like that title and the characters were slapped on to help sell a crap game)...but I don't have to. Instead I am going to take another approach: There is an achievement you get for beating the first level. That will take 30 mins or less. At the time of writing this review, which is more than 5 years after the release, 32.7% of people who own this game have that achievement. I think that alone tells you everything you will ever need to know about this game.

Nagyon kellemes történet, szép grafika, de ennyi a pozitívum, ugyanis a harcrendszer kritikán aluli, fedezék csak látvány, taktikai mód (időmegállás) semmit nem segít. A feladványok még csak-csak, de ha nem tud valaki ráhangolódni a kitalálójának logikájára, akkor mindegyiknél csak vesződni fog és tucatszor tölti be újra, mire talál valami logikát benne.
