Cool game! Definitely outstanding for a few aspects but at the same time its very archaic for now and needs to pack a LOT of things onto its solid foundation. To be clear here, this is a VERY short term experience. Youve seen everything there is to see in under two hours and like half of the things you see in the store screenshots arent even in the game yet. I wanna highlight the visuals, man they SHOCKED me. The first steps up into the mountains in the beginning, holy f does that look crazy. I have never seen a videogame look that good ever and i played a ton of stuff so thats definitely peaking here. You need pretty solid hardware to get everything out of it too. The gameplay its one of its kind, there isnt really any handholding or a visibly clear direction (atleast for most levels). Yeah its very linear but in a way where you gotta take a closer look at the surroundings, solve a few platforming riddles or break through hidden passages to continue on and i absolutely enjoyed that. The combat feels heavy and impactful, you kill most things with one or two swings, you got some nice gore, some magical spells and physical tricks you can pull off. There is special loot hidden if you stray from the main path and sometimes its hidden quite well and it feels motivational to find these. A clear majority of the soundtrack is very immersive and atmospheric as well and i enjoyed listening to them. Now some things i either didnt like or felt like they needed serious changes: -The game is way too easy, please adjust that or add a higher difficulty. I can pretty much oneshot anything but the two bosses but i can sustain more than 8 hits or so without ever investing into HP. If the hero would be more vulnerable that would make the fights a lot more intense -Add more weapon types please, id like a few ranged options such as a bow and crossbow(needed to balance out the factor of having very limited ammo but let them pack a punch) but especially more MELEE weapons. Clubs, halberds, spears whatever you can imagine in a medieval setting and make two handed versions for them (like axes and clubs for example) -Weapon types dont feel different at all, they just look different in your hand thats it and you cant play deep enough into the skilltree to hit particular perks. Axe, sword, one or two handed, doesnt really make a big difference until now and there is huge potential, as example swords could be great against meaty enemies, clubs for armored foes and axes are the middle ground and add different attack animations. Swords could have a thrust for additional armor piercing. -Elemental damage types on weapons are totally idgaf for now? Theres neither an effect on the weapon in my hand, nor visible on the enemy im hitting, its just another damage number in the background and you dont even know what enemies its good against its really pointless. You could add a small proc chance of igniting or freezing enemies or applying a poison dot etc instead of it being just another flat damage source -Enemy variety is boring af, the levels feel repetetive and not diverse enough as well but theyre pretty and cool enough that you can kinda ignore it for the most part -Whats the logic in the jumping cutscene?? After landing there is like no water anywhere. There are some small puddles how would they catch me after a 20 meter fall? The area is closed up around me too so hero couldnt just have walked for a bit after the cutscene. Also the start in the mountains, when you turn around the cave is sealed, where did we come from? Please change that as it heavily breaks the carefully built immersion -Animations and display of food/plant items is totally missing and you only see potions or vials being applied, besides that the hero just somewhat touches himself with the hand to heal up idk it looks very weird and needs to be changed for sure -The plot is totally whatever. It doesnt really matter at all so if youre not gonna change it entirely please dont put too much focus on it either and just dig into the gameplay and the views All in all its such a cool game honestly! A fresh breeze on the gaming market but its a barebones beta and it surely needs a ton of work for a full experience but man the price is really low and i absolutely respect that, very few devs go with that decision and i think its worth the current experience especially looking at upcoming possible content. Im interested to see what this game might become in the future, best of success to the devs!

Good game.
i really like this game, insane graphic for this price, i really love the gameplay, and i would like try add coop mode if its possible.
Not really Balanced at the Moment. Takes forever to Level Up and get Strong enough for the hordes of enemies. The laggy and slow movements make it even more difficult.
Me recuerda a juegos como Dark Messiah of Might and Magic, Blade the Edge of Darkness con toques Souls.
The early access campaign of Fatekeeper was excellent! The world feels alive and deep with how many of the features of the world are interactible and responsive. The combat was fluid and enjoyable. The areas were very cool and on multiple occasions I stopped and just enjoyed the insanely good visuals of the game. The background details are magnificent, and since you literally move through the world, you can see yourself progressing through the beautiful area. It was a deeply fun, immersive experience and I will be recommending it to my friends as well.
This game looks stunning. The visuals are borderline photorealistic. The level of detail in the environments makes exploration one of the best parts of the experience. The combat feels smooth and satisfying. Exploration is rewarding. The potion crafting is a nice too and adds some depth to the gameplay. My only real complaint is the difficulty. The fights, including the bosses, are pretty easy once you figure out that spamming dash gets you through almost anything. I died once and that is because I fell of the mountain. I expected more of a challenge. I would suggest not more archers, gas- and stoneslingers but more stronger enemies with different fighting tactics. I sure will play the full game when it comes out.
I really loved this game. i've seen it a few times on instagramm and wanted to try it for myself. First off: with my specs i could run it on ultra graphics. Second: there are so many little details that i just love, from blood and mud sticking to weapons and armor, too little plants moving if you swing your weapon near them. Third: i have a few small critiques with this game. one is that there are no health bars for the boss and the fight suddenly switches into a small sinematic of the charascter beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of them, or ripping the boss in halve. the other one is that there are small cuts between cutscenes of the same characters, for example all the times where the important enemies talk ther are little cuts between scentences and camera movements. Also there is sometimes a visual glitch happening in dark areas when you leave the skill tree, like shaders are loading again or something? Another little thing is that the coughing sound of the rat after it was was thrown off the bridge is missing. In summary it is completly worth the 10€ I paid for it. The scenery is incredible and the combat, even though it is simple, is really cool to learn and master. Also the endurance meter is balanced, so you cant just swing like a maniac and kill everything.
Empfehlung: 👍 Ja
