It's a simple basic arcade racer, inspired heavily by Wangan Midnight. You shouldn't expect much, but i enjoy it for what it is. I like Fast Beat Loop Racer GT for it's story and callback to Wangan Midnight.

This game has all the faults when we talk about a quality product. Its speed is tide to the monitor Hz, it has only FHD, it runs only in window mode, key binding is a mess, a story that makes no sense and you can not pause or restart the race. But I freaking love it. The arcade feeling is excellent, color pallete, scenery, car selection, handling and ofc the Eurobeat.

11/24/2025 Rating: 4/10 [its not a bad arcade game but theres definitely better options] I'm not going to criticise the game for being old, I prefer old stuff but in terms of gameplay the stuff that bums me out is that when racing it doesn't feel natural, you'll notice the rubberbanding within just playing the story mode which is the only mode you can play to get the taste of the game, there is Multiplayer but it's Peer-To-Peer Multiplayer so theres no servers for you to race randoms with. I tried to "modernize" the game a bit with Nvidia Control panel by changing some settings to make it "pop more" but as far as I know theres not much graphical options to choose other than resolution. Theres no antialiasing which is more of personal preference any since you have a sharper image quality. Gameplay 5/10 [ Everything works just the rubberbanding between npc's is noticable by a large margin ] Story 5/10 [ The popups for the characters talking was a bit distracting for the first half but I just cancel it out, but for the character writing is as generic as it gets when it comes to writing anime stuff. Its very Anime Dub like Subtitling. ] Multiplayer 4/10 Peer to Peer Only (As far as my knowledge of the game is) Graphics: 5/10 [ Optimized better than Triple A Games, but definitely graphically Compariable to the regular Nintendo Switch ] Customization: 7/10 [ A mild selection of cars to select ] Racing Wheel Compatibility: Unknown (most likely having to hard turn the wheel alot maybe)

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. IT IS SEVERELY NOT OPTIMIZED. IT HAS A HARD TIME GETTING ITSELF TO RUN IN FULLSCREEN AND PRETTY MUCH FORCES YOU INTO HAVING TO GO AN EXTRA MILE JUST TO HAVE A CHANCE TO RUN IT IN FULL SCREEN. THE UI CONTROLS ARE LAUGHABLY AWFUL. THIS GAME IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR YOUR MONEY. ITS A SHAME BECAUSE I WISH A GAME LIKE TOKYO XTREME RACER ALLOWED AT LEAST PRIVATE MULTIPLAYER. CRAVING A ARCADE RACING KICK THAT WOULD ALLOW ME TO PLAY WITH FRIENDS: I THOUGHT I WOULD GO AND GIVE THIS A WHIRL. BAD CHOICE. PLEASE AVOID IF U VALUE YOUR TIME AT ALL.

graphics are ok, playability is BAD. PS: I needed to limit frame rate to 60 to the game work at normal speed I could not run this game ate fullscreen (I dont know why)

This game does not run properly (all the 3D elements render as black voids), do not buy it.
