BEWARE! NO 4K Support, NO Controller Vibration! NO FULLSCREEN! Game should only be run at 60hz, 120/144 makes it Run FAST..like TURBO. Original Arcade Version runs at 30FPS on a 60hz Monitor so you will need to Limit FPS to get Arcade Real Speeds. Otherwise evry Move will Slow you Down like Hell cause its Engine looked and such. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE WANGAN MIDNIGHT! Even the Pictures look alike. No one plays Online..NO ONE! Be rly warned twice to buy it..you will get an cheap arcade game with zero Support and only playable after you put work into.
There's no fullscreen even after you set the setting to boderless fullscreen

Wangan Midnight for steam users
Just saying, but I do have a curator page. If you like my remarks about games, you can find more of them here: https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44130985-TDP%27s-Gaming-Escapades
No. Just no. You might be here because you want a racing game to have fun with, or you want to have a PC equivalent to games like Wangan Midnight and Initial D. No matter what your reason is and what expectations you might have, this game cannot deliver... it cannot live up to them in any possible way. The game offers you three modes to play through: A story mode, a time attack mode and an free roam mode where you try to cover the most distance possible. Obviously, the meat of the game lies in its story mode, and what the game actually offers you in this mode is incredibly incoherent and disjointed. The game tells the story of a guy named Ryo with the most unfortunate name for a car in the world (NTR? Seriously?) who wants to enter the world of street racing. Ryo is therefore obviously the main character of the game... except you don't play as him. You read that right. You don't even play as the main character. In each level, you enter the race as a completely unnamed and insignificant third-party racer who has absolutely no role and no impact in the story, and you have to race alongside the main character and his rivals who show up as separate opponents. But despite Ryo being the main character, it is YOU who has to win the races. If Ryo wins the race instead, you lose; even though it makes absolutely no sense from a story standpoint. I'm sorry, but what in tarnation is this style of storytelling? You create a main character, you create a story for the said character and instead of letting the player appear in their shoes, you force them to play as a literal nobody? And even though the story revolves around someone else, It's up to that nobody to drive it forward? HUH?! It doesn't help that the gameplay is lacking as well. For starters, there is literally no sense of speed in the game and you cannot find a visible difference between when you're going 120 KM/H and 220 KM/H. Physics are almost nonexistent as hitting the sides of a track just bounces you back, and hitting the traffic barely hinders your driving. Simply trying to steer your car around makes the game treat it as some kind of drifting and constantly output a wheel screeching noise. There's close to zero challenge when it comes to actually racing and controlling your car around as the tracks are not that hard to traverse, and the difficulty comes from the AI opponents literally cheating to pass you. No, there's no rubberbanding or anything, the AI opponents simply go faster or slower whenever they want and hitting traffic doesn't have any effect on their speed. You can literally see all of the opponents suddenly passing you at the end of a race at times. And what does this mean? Tons and tons of grinding in order to be able to stand a chance against the cheating AI. The game has an upgrade system where it gives you one skill point for every 100 points you accumulate, with the successful races giving you 100 and failed races giving you 75 points. You can then spend these to upgrade the horse power, handling or aerodynamics of your car, with the game literally not explaining what each of them actually affects. But wait! I still have not told you about the other modes. Time attack mode is pretty self explanatory and doesn't need me rambling about it. The Mileage mode is the aforementioned free roam mode. In this mode, you are under a time limit and have to cover as much ground as possible, while the game constantly throws rivals from the story mode at you to race and regain a few seconds after beating them. That's good and all but there's one teensy-weensy, but ever so crucial, little tiny detail to take note of: Both of these modes are worthless to play. By doing these modes, you almost get nothing. All of the new car parts are exclusive to the story mode. And as for the upgrade points you get after beating a level, both time attack and mileage modes reward you with 1/4th of the amount you can win in story mode by winning races. So basically, there's no value in doing them and you're better off grinding the story missions for faster progress.
TL;DR
If you're after a good racing game, look elsewhere. If you're after something to quench your Initial D & Wangan Midnight thirst, just emulate them. This game will not offer you a good time either way.

FAST BEAT LOOP RACER GT feels like it’s trying to be similar to Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune, but I 100% wouldn’t recommend this game. For starters, it can’t even run smoothly, not even at a fixed 30 FPS. The gameplay is terrible, and to make things worse, I couldn’t even figure out how to play it in full screen. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the effort to look up how to fix that because the game itself just isn’t playable. A huge disappointment overall.
My personal opinion is the game would be more better if theres option to change car after selecting the vehicle in the first place, changing bodykit to own liking and changing the any title option anytime. Also the npc civil vehicle size is too small for me. To the developer if they planning to update this, make the car being able to reverse. qwq I recommend this game cuz this is the one that closer to Wangan Midnight and available to play on PC without needing an emulator. and you need another app to play this game in full screen, the app I use is Borderless Gaming.
