Santa’s grand mansion, a Christmas Express with a dozen cars, a massive workshop, a bustling Christmas market with many stands and a merry-go-round, an impressive Christmas museum with all sorts of things, are just a few of the fantastical worlds you’ll explore. The game is also packed with witty little surprises that make exploration even more fun: sheep tangled in Christmas lights throwing a wild party in the train, a tiny beach scene hidden in the attic of a penguin-operated mill, a pig marriage proposal, and long conveyor belts full of crates hiding all sorts of items. It’s these unexpected moments that make wandering through each area such a treat. Environmental interaction is one of the game’s greatest strengths. Pots, crates, drawers, suitcases, and many other containers hide collectible items, encouraging players to rummage through every nook and cranny. Although it has undergone multiple improvements before release, it can still feel a bit wonky at times. Changing the zoom level and orbit speed in the settings helps adjust the camera controls to your mouse sensitivity and playstyle, but even with these tweaks, the camera occasionally feels unnatural or difficult to control. Another minor drawback is the lack of hint support for auxiliary collectibles. While there is a hint system for main items, there’s no help for finding the last few food items, cleanable spots, or gingerbread pieces, all of which are required for achievements. In [i]Fantastic Findings Hidden Seasons[/i] it is time to turn up the holiday spirit while you help Santa track down his missing reindeer and find many other Christmas goodies along the way! [h3][u]🎄Gameplay & Settings🎄[/u][/h3] This game truly is filled with the holiday spirit. There are lots of animated characters to meet, moving machines, blinking and buzzing elements, all parts of the North Pole coming to life in each map. The developers are a passionate group who care about their community and game. I went into the backend to work with them testing some of the levels during my review process and they were quick to respond to my feedback. A team who wants to give you a great Christmas experience. However this game does have one element that is wonky at times…the camera. Trying to get into small areas to look around can be a challenge or rotating around some objects in smaller spaces. You will have to zoom in and out to grab some items and dance with the camera at times. My one wish is if the devs could add a hint system for Gingerbread cookies. Some levels have a lot to find and when you get down to the last few on a large level it can be really hard to find them. So hints would be appreciated. Settings include; camera options (move speed, zoom and orbit speed), audio controls and graphics settings such as resolution, quality and fullscreen or windowed. The cookie counter is located to the left of the center bar where you’ll find the items you need to locate. The left number is your hints count (you need 3 cookies to earn 1 hint). Very cozy. It's obvious a lot of love has been put into the levels for this game. Levels are fairly easy to finish, but challenging to complete. The chief thing I noticed while playing through the game, is that there is a great sense of humor behind the level design. The employee of the month wall in Santa's workshop had me chuckling pretty good for a bit there, and the Christmas cracker dad jokes were groan-worthy in a way I tend to feel pretty wistful about during the holidays. Great game to play with a mug of cocoa and a cozy robe.

I didn't know I was into Hidden Object games until I played this game, I wanted something Christmassy to get in the mood and this was cosy and Christmassy and felt like it hit the spot. It really grabbed me with the joyful music, the funny little quirkinesses of the scenes, and the just-about-right difficulty of the object finding. I've played through three levels now and would like to recommend it to others! The camera takes a little bit of getting used to, but once you work it out and what its limitations are it's able to get out of the way mostly and let you do your job - to find all the things, and complete a to-do list! Just what I needed. Simple to-do list completion satisfaction. Recommended!

Fun little hidden objects game. Started playing, blinked and four hours had passed. Would recommend for a cozy laid back play.

Feels a bit like a festive burglary simulator! Was fun to play with my 6yo. Had some trouble with moving the camera around; the clipping and the limited range of rotation. & slowing the movement and rotation speed in the settings helped calm things down a bit.

Fantastic game for the whole family, it's cute, easy to understand and fun to play through as you find all the little snackies and reindeer. The maps are fun and creative, with a real Christmas vibe that everyone can get into. Highly recommend lowering the sensitivity by 50% when starting the game however, or the camera might get a little crazy. Had a great time exploring the little details hidden around!

You search for keys, pull levers to open locked doors, and crack open crates and containers to reveal hidden objects. Some levels are filled with tiny details and secrets, making you want to inspect every nook and cranny. Meanwhile, cheerful Christmas music plays in the background, perfectly matching the warm atmosphere of the game, and honestly, it will make you crave a cup of hot chocolate out of nowhere. [b]The pace[/b] The locations are nicely designed. You can explore Santa’s Home or hop aboard his express train to the holiday museum. It doesn’t feel repetitive too quickly, since each area introduces new surprises and different objects. Still, after a while, it does start to feel a bit slow. But that might just be my eternal hunger for dopamine hits talking. Even when I’m doing puzzles, I notice that peace and sitting still aren’t exactly my strongest qualities. Maybe it is really time to cut back on the caffeine. If you’re looking for more of a challenge, you can absolutely play as a true completionist. Besides the standard objects, there are extra challenges for players who want to go for a perfect score. You can collect more than 1,000 different edible items and optionally remove cobwebs, sweep up dirt, and clean up trash. That adds a nice bit of extra depth for players who really want to squeeze everything out of a level.   [b]Controls[/b] Content-wise, the game offers nine large and varied levels, which together provide around six to ten hours of gameplay. That’s what I was told, I did not exactly time it myself. The controls are simple point-and-click mechanics using both mouse and keyboard. That said, I found the system a little wonky at times. I would regularly miss the exact position I was aiming for, either I was zoomed in too far or not quite enough. But maybe I’m just slowly turning into a boomer, and it is entirely my own fault. [b]Conclusion[/b] This is a warm, cozy hidden object experience that revolves entirely around the Christmas spirit. Everything breathes festivity, from the music to the level design. A fun and cozy Christmas romp! I've played this game entirely on the Steam Deck and it largely works straight out of the box, apart from some quick key-mapping for the camera. My first hour went by quickly as the completionist in me wanted to collect everything from the first level. I don't normally play these types of games but this is a breath of fresh air - I will find all of the reindeer!
