This is the first part of currently four. It's a pure HOG, so there is actually no other kind of puzzle. Every chapter you have a small additional task, but it's very easy and always the same. The story is interesting and the music nice. I like HOG, but to play a game which really consists nearly 100% of this type of "puzzle", you should really really REALLY love it, or be in the right mood.
This is a fun HO game.
Good
I'll get to the point here! Cons - firstly, the hidden object scenes have a LOT of repetition. Scenes and items are recycled ad nauseum, and some are repeated exactly. On certain scenes the clues for items are so obtuse they barely apply. Some of the other puzzles are so simple they are an exercise in patience. Pros - a well-developed storyline, a large cast of unique and diverse characters, and very long length. The vibe among the characters is good-natured and positive with some character growth. It's an easy way to de-stress without putting in too much effort. So even though there is no challenge to be found, I enjoyed it for what it was...a pleasant meander for an afternoon (or two, or three).
Incredibly relaxing and so engaging, Really kept my attention and i love the stories in these games as well as the puzzles and art and music. Love all of the games these Devs make and i hope they create more games in the Faircroft world.
it's like those games you could buy at walmart for pc that look like an older woman would play. like when my nana got obsessed with bejewled for a while. the story is tedious but sometimes i just want to do a little puzzle game and turn my brain off a little idk
A great hidden-object game mixed with puzzles that unravels the story of a long-lost person's history.
