Best card game ever, shame to see the developers don't care no more.

For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Hasn't been updated in any way for years, as well as all the lies and half truths of the devs. The last expansion's Steam description says it's first of a trilogy so that's a lie. In game, on the main menu there is an ad for their upcoming tournament with the prize pool of $10K and clicking it links to their website where they detail it out, just that it's been "upcoming" for like 2 or 3 years now, so another lie. In game, there are multiple loading screen tips saying that if you get a certain rank in ranked ladder each month you will get a unique cardback, but that's also not been the case for years now, so another lie. Even without all those lies, as I said the game hasn't been updated in years in any way, content-wise since 2019 with the expansion I mentioned, that means the format is pretty much solved and has been for years so while there are every so often tournaments organized by the devs (not the 10K one tho!) the people participating are at the point where most of them if not everyone is just purposefully using suboptimal and "fun" or experimental (as experimental as you can get with like 450 cards for like 4 years now) lists since they have long since gotten bored of the stagnated meta. Despite this the devs say the game is still supported simply because they are still running the servers, omitting the part where they made the game in such a way that you can't even play solo offline so they have to maintain servers for as long as they want the game to be sold (due to it not being f2p) since god forbid they put any effort into transitioning at least the singleplayer part to be offline and have an on-board AI as they couldn't even bother to change a few loading screens and main menu ads. Also it's missing any sort of match history or replay feature and while that's not completely uncommon in digital card games, it bothers me personally so it's another reason to not recommend it. Basically, for all intents and purposes, the game is essentially dead. Yes, there are enough players to find games and it will range from like 20 seconds to 5+ minutes for the matchmaking, so it's possible they have actual bots filling in for people sometimes for those 20 second queues, but I don't know it for sure so I won't state it as definitely true, but like I said, it's a solved format so there isn't much point to it. There is no story mode to speak of (Lore pages aren't story and neither are the few lines for world bosses or oversky as those are just context), while there is a lot of solo stuff to do, it's not unlimited and at some point it just becomes same old over and over. It's all a shame though since the game is actually interesting in the premise and the execution with the whole board building aspect and positioning and such. If they kept working on it instead of making DLC for Paradox or jumping to a new game every other week, by now it could have been much better and had a lot more interesting keywords and slightly special takes on many of the usual card game mechanics.
There is ring of hell dedicated to "card games" i'm sure there was a stanza in dante's inferno about these games.
Excellent.
