I was struggling to find a cute farming game with enough extra content, fae farm has a good balance of mining and combat but would prefer a higher focus on farming. You can achieve a lot without planting many crops etc. My fav aspect of the game is catching critters and fishing, farm animals can be a bit tedious to take care of - feels like too much of a chore recommend but realistically an 8/10
My daughter bought this game for me, with the dlc, and I cannot get enough of it. I replay it over and over.

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Advertised as a co-op game and then the devs proceed to shut down multiplayer support meaning you don't get anything close to what you paid for. Don't give this developer your money, this game was a quick cashgrab that was abandoned as soon as they made their money.
I absolutely love this game. As someone who hates NPC interaction/relationship building this is the prefect game for me. I’ve been playing it constantly since I’ve bought it. I enjoy the slight grinding required for resources since automation can make the game pointless in my opinion. It runs flawlessly on steam deck. I hope they continue to add to the game down the line.

Well crafted with gorgeous splash art but concerning that the devs have seemingly abandoned the game. Quite a pity because the game has/had good potential. Fae Farm is a good way to scratch the cozy farming itch with its fantasy/magical twist but it does leave a lot to be desired, NPC dialogue and the story did not grab my attention whatsoever and the handful of dating options along with the dating system is a bit too shallow for taste - I just found myself skipping through the dialogue and watching my character's and potential partner's faces change expression abruptly though I suppose I should be thankful for the option to skip through to begin with. Again, a pity because some of the NPCs, particularly the elemental sprites and maybe a handful of townies looked like there could be more to them than simple quest redemption. Didn't find the game very grindy except for late game/achievement hunting which is to be expected so that's quite nice; the magical aspect is integrated in a way that makes all that a breeze so I have no complaints about that. The actual farming system needs a bit of adjusting to but is nice in its unique method of all year-round crops convertible to seasonals and having other realm variants. I picked this up initially as a simple cozy farming game mostly for the nice art and 3D model quality and wasn't disappointed in that regard. It's been enjoyable enough solo but I find no incentive nor want to invite my friends to play co-op on this. Likely I'll try to 100% it as I find the overall experience tolerable enough and the farming and combat are honestly enjoyable. The dlc puzzles are quite tedious and repetitive unfortunately, losing their freshness quite quickly once you've cleared a particular format once. I must admit the trailer (at least imo) has a tinge of marketing magic as I had other impressions of how most mechanics they covered therein would work - even the steam page description GIFs are very art-directed and a little too perfect to the point of being misleading. I'm recommending against mostly for the impression that it looks like we're probably not going to get any more content or updates going forward, but for a cute farming game you want to play for <80 hours, I think it works just fine.
good game
Fae Farm is a really cute and cozy game that scratches my picking-many-things-up-and-hoarding-them itch, and has the usual farming/life sim elements you'd expect, plus magic. The animals are cute, even the little critters you can catch are cute and don't trigger my severe critter-phobias, which is delightful. HOWEVER: If you're looking for good story, well-written characters, and epic friendships/romances, this is definitely not where you're gonna get those things. The characters have hardly anything to say, the dates are face-palmingly cringe, and the only reason for interacting with the characters is because they give you quests. I'd recommend this game to anyone looking for a cozy, calm game without much thinking to do. It has lovely music and sound effects, a pretty fantasy world to explore, quite a variety of things to do, and no time limits. But, again, don't expect anything from the writing, or you'll be disappointed.
Overall a great game but not without its quirks. First and foremost the art style is super cute, gameplay is fun and really encourages you to explore the world and not just grind in the mines like most other farming games have you do. Progression is straight forward and there's lots to do. Also the frogs are so cute! This game feels like what Puff Pals Island Skies should have been! (Sorry to everyone who backed that project including me) Now just a few issues... Sometimes quests have issues completing, the camera can zoom too close in or out on occasion. Additionally some nitpicks from me include Pyria's eyebrows showing up white in game but black in her character info, the map leaves a lot to be desired. Lastly what I hate most, you cannot name your character. It instead uses your steam name unless you make an account with them in which case it will be your account name. After a little while you stop noticing it but it is still incredibly annoying and almost made me not play this game all together.
Over hyped game from influencers that is now no longer getting future updates or multiplayer support.... This game taught me a very good lesson on not buying right away just because a bunch of YouTubers say it's great.
