Exoprimal is an online, team-based action game that pits humanity's cutting-edge exosuit technology against history's most ferocious beasts – dinosaurs.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 25 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Reviews
Good for what it is, mass ai generated dino fest - pretty fun, nice design and structure, simple mechanics. Doubt I'd pay full price for it, but happy with picking it up on sale
Brainless fun with a good choice of play styles given the high volume of suit choices.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 24: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Einfach Kopf abschalten und ballern... passt schon... macht Spaß, Dinos zu killen...
Awesome :) Needs more different looking maps/environments like LP2 and more variety in objectives/scenarios. Feels like it needs more content/missions after completing the story.
So, it’s not a bad game, quite fun premise - shooting hordes of dinos while in exoskeleton with various abilities for each model. Issues lied not in gameplay per se, but in developer expectations and planning. With good discount it’s worth the money spent, as long as you do not expect to be playing it for a long time, though some ppl i encountered in game definitely sank quite some hours in it, so who knows. Let’s start with gameplay cause that’s main feature and main issue. This is third person shooter mostly, with few suits having melee focus, where as mentioned above you fight hordes of dinos - there are sizeable hordes of smaller creatures and single digit waves of big ones, like everyones favourite T-Rex. Except few plot missions you have full squad (4) dropped in map, after a short waiting room period, where you could switch suits to match your squad lineup - generally you’d want to have tank, support and two attackers. Surprisingly there are still people playing it, there are decent bots available to fill for humans if nobody is found, but most of the time after few minutes wait match-up with other players was done, not always full squad though. During match there will be few tasks given one after another - clear the area, where dinos would spawn through portals after you get to it, kill a big dino, that’d once again be dropped from portal there, escort the payloa… i mean a cargo, or whatever, etc. If you have played extraction shooters before or even smth like hero shooter with objectives - they are all same here. Sometimes you’d get pvp match, where another team goes through same objectives and it’s a race against each other. It’s not possible to attack them most of the time, except when you’re given ability to become a dino to invade enemy team or sometimes clash at final objective. There is also a timer in missions, that’d mean game over if time runs out. So far so good, right? Now to what made this game fail in my opinion - lack of variety. There are only few maps, few dino types, few objective types and not that many exoskeletons. And in addition to that - game was made to be live service - so you have a progression that’s supposed to take players a while to complete. You get exp for both account and exoskeleton. Account exp unlocks power-ups that could be used on any exo, some boosters and cosmetics. Exo exp used to unlock exo variants, that are slightly different and that suit specific power-ups. You can slot I think 3 power-ups at same time. To get your exosuit variant, you have to lvl it up sufficiently, to get next variant (each of 10 suits got 3 variants) you got to lvl up first variant. Cosmetics you’d get are mostly not skins, just decals or icons or smth, cause ofc game was made so that you’d have to buy it from shop. If there were more maps, more suits and more dino types on release or coming soon after it, this game might have taken its place in that genre niche, but alas, for not free to play title content was lacking, cause it was clearly planned to add more stuff way further down the line. Graphically game does not seem to have many issues - it looks pretty good, fights could be flashy, dinos and exos are nicely designed, maps are made well enough for what they are, even though they are rather boring in theme - just city stuff most of the time, and not really futuristic one, plain old western style town. To be honest have a hard time recalling much about audio - osts specifically, sounds were fitting - shooting guns, melee stuff, dino screams, but music idk, probably not outstanding in any good or bad way. But as mentioned, cannot fully remember. Plot is as complex as roadside pebble, though it does not really even need to be in game with such premise and gameplay. But hey, Horizon managed to have quite terrifyingly realistic story considering there are robot dinosaurs there, so its not impossible to craft those with crazy premises. Anyway - this is near future, world had dinos coming through portals, you’re one of world defenders - exosuit pilot and now with your new team patrolling supposedly calm island, when suddenly you all get pulled through one of sudden dino portals into island landing and story develops from there on, including AI, time travel kinda, parallel realities. But it’s very… plain and predictable.
Praises: - Neat story - Absurd concept thats fun - Exohuman is a banger track - Entertaining - Somewhat experimental progression system Complaints: - Not worth $60 - Barley a playerbase (literally 8 people on steam at the time of writing this) - So much potential but it just mostly relies on crossovers rather than perfecting the gameplay loop
i love this game, it has such a good twist on the classic hero shooter gameplay, i wish it was popular enough to stick around
Its good for MP - brawl, it would be even better if it had a singleplayer campaign.
