Hella good game
This game is my childhood. Owned and beat it on another steam account, then bought this when I lost the password to that one. I should give it another go
2/10
EvilQuest is AMAZING! Great music, fun gameplay, my only issue is that the studio seems to have gone poof in the past 4 years. EQ2 was in the works and then we haven't heard anything. The theme is refreshing, you're no longer some cliche hero saving the day. You are ultimately the most evil bad dude in the land, and it's your job to become Thanos and Destroy it all! This game is grossly underpriced. You have no reason to not buy it and add it to your library, and I assure you that you'll enjoy playing the baddie!
Well. Somebody made it. I played it, but I'm not sure why. You can be assured by the reviews, avoid.
It's Crystalis on the NES but better, down to the animations and map layouts. You will feel so much nostalgia. Totally worth the low, low price. Get it, enjoy the music, and be evil.
This is worth the $2 price tag. As others have pointed out, this is a lot like the old NES game Crystalis, albeit a lot shorter and simpler and with a very dark story. The main character is genuinely evil and has no real redeeming qualities. There's a bit of dark humor involved, but it is fun for the gameplay rather than the story. Bring a controller though. I originally played this with a keyboard and it was a lot better with the controller.
