Evilmorph is nice,fascinating platformer with unique game mechanics. Control really takes time to master it,cause i died ~893428.5 times in almost beginning of the game. If you like retro theme or hardcore games - Evilmorph is for you. retro soundtrack+nice pixel graphics are appended ;)

Conceptually it's great. A tough platformer where you keep changing forms by killing your enemies and then using their abilities to navigate around the traps and progress. Unfortunately, a couple of technical aspects keep it from being anything but an unplayable mess. Firstly, while functional, the controls are not nearly as tight as they should be to accommodate to the level design, causing you many avoidable deaths. Deaths, which take around 3-4 seconds to reset the level, horribly breaking up the pace of the genre where you can count your deaths in tens per minute (the instant respawn, featured in Meat Boy, was set as a golden standard for a reason.) And the worst of all, an erratic framerate that keeps stuttering every couple of seconds even on a high-end machine, which for most games (but even more so for this genre,) is simply [b]a death sentence.[/b]
