Everyday Shooter

I remembered this game from the PSP, and I'm happy to know that there's a PC port. It was one of my favorite time-wasters with some amazing music and I'm glad that I've had the chance to re-live this experience once again! I seriously recommend picking up this game, it's more than worth the pricetag!

This game is a serious classic! I loved playing this back on my PSP.

I'd rather call this an interactive art project than a game, without the negative undertones that are usually associated with such. Here, not only do you get the audiovisually interconnected experience, but the shmup gameplay itself is tight and reactive as well. I really liked the unique mechanics in each stage that offer a different challenge each time if you want to start racking up points in addition to just surviving. Then you have a range of other elements to complete the package, like the retro-ish low poly aesthetics, the awesome music, the signature bullet hell chaos and the giant bosses that feel super satisfying to beat. I've played this game on the PSP originally, so I've sunk a lot more hours into it than here, but couldn't resist starting again from scratch, as it became something of a meditative experience. I can't recommend it enough, it's a true indie gem.

A lovely modern classic! The songs are great, the gameplay is tight (if super-challenging), and the visuals are lovely.

Here all these years later to still say I remember playing this little gem on my PS3 many moons ago. Thanks for making it.

This game is amazing, every time I played it, I had to lay down in my bad with my eyes closed for at least 10 minutes to let my brain cool down. This game me fueled my love for gaming and my drive to be a game developer. The way the music integrates with the gameplay is superb and it became one of my favorite games of all time, unfortunately I haven't been able to play the game recently because I don't own a Windows PC anymore. But I couldn't recommend this game more!

I absolutely cannot overemphasize how fun this game is to play on mushrooms. Count on it. Y'all should have this in your library.

Simple, engaging, hard. If you like the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack, you'll love this game. Similar vibe <3
