A classic from my childhood. Good fun arcade action.

Short review: a decade ago, It was basically ''the hot thing'' for a while... and man, still mindless fun today!

You've probably already played Geometry Wars to be here checking out this game. Or you're wondering how it got into your library. It's Geometry Wars. Consider using a Windows XP compatibility mode. I literally have no further comment.

It's a classic. One of the gems from the Xbox 360 days which made people realise that a game doesn't have to be a hundred million dollar AAA game to be fun and addictive. If one day there is a video game hall of fame then Geometry Wars is right in there. The soundtrack alone will make you want to play. It's a shame there's no achievements in this version but other than that this is all killer, no filler. Also hard as triceratops ♥♥♥♥.

My first and one my favorite twin stick shooters. You get the same zen state gaming that shmups provide but in a more compact play space. Wish the 2nd game in the series was available that one was amazing.
