Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 416.25/day in the week to Jul 15 → 1/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,420 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Yet another example of a mobile game being sold on Steam. I’ve played Chorus before. It had decent cinematics and a narrative to follow, even though I ended up refunding it due to clunky controls and underwhelming combat. Compared to that, this game is even more stripped down. The combat here is extremely basic and actually feels worse than Chorus. In short, repetitive and clunky.
* been calculating how much i would have after selling all my trading cards i got * get exactly 1 euro to spend * look for games on steam.db on sale * see a option of either Limbo or Everspace * never heard of Everspace nor have i seen it * was gonna buy limbo until i checked trailer * instantly locked in on my eyes to this game * bought the game * played the game * loved the game best 99 cents i have spent than buying The Witcher 3 for 5.99. 10/10.

After Chorus, this is my favourite space shooter. We really have come far from the days of wing commander and freelancer. Those were innovative titles, and while gamers may not hold Everspace in the same spotlight, it is still a damn good rougelike space shooter with lots of things to discover. Beautiful space vistas of different varieties, from icey clusters, to storm-wrecked areas, to desolate areas with drifting ship hulks, its all designed gorgeously. The way the sunlight shines through your ship window, to the way missles and ships explode in the distance. Gameplay wise the shooting and flying takes getting used to if you haven't played these types before, but it becomes second nature the more you play. Some of my most thrilling experiences were luring enemies into a minefield, peeking and shooting through a gap to defeat a corvette without taking damage, firing an ARC at a whole group of ships just to watch them zap away. Even after finishing a run, there are plenty of upgrades and enchancements to try despite only there only being three ships. Criticism-wise, the meta upgrades take a lot of cash to completely fill up. It requires a bit of grinding. And the story. I admit, while nothing oscar worthy, it kept me curious to see how things play out. I like the MC but i like his ship AI even more. It sounds like a butler who throws a smart quip every now and then. There is even a nice encylopedia for those of you who want to go deep into the lore. All in all, don't let the mostly positive deter you from trying this game out. As of this writing, I haven seen this game go on discount multiple times for the longest times, sometimes as low as 1$, even on GOG. It deserves a chance.

Great Game! Everspace combines epic visuals, great gameplay with a flawless example of a rouge lite game. I can happily recommend this game for everyone who likes rouge likes or space adeventures.
Buy it!
This game made me throw my hands up in frustration several times in the beginning. My fault for insisting on the hardest difficulty, in all honesty, but its worth the exhilaration, especially once you start to gain a tactile grip on the flight model. Then, it feels incredibly joyous, expressive, and frenetic to me. Sometimes you get screwed by circumstance, but the speed with which you can get back into the action, and the audiovisual design being what it is... I'd say its very worth picking up today, especially on sale, if you like space shooter combat at all.
