This title blends elements of twin-stick shooters with mechanics familiar to “survivors” games, but it takes its own spin on the formula. There’s no overarching story or dramatic reason to keep pushing forward. Your main purpose is simple: head out on a run, last as long as you can, and eventually bring down a boss. At the start, you choose one of three available stages and a difficulty setting, which adjusts how much damage enemies deal, how fast they move, and a few other balancing factors. The most notable distinction between this game and others in the genre lies in its character system. Instead of offering a roster of heroes to pick from, there’s just a single character available. That character, however, comes equipped with three starting weapons right away: a sword, a bow, and a staff. Each weapon feels different, offering its own balance of firing speed, range, and damage output. There’s no auto-targeting, so precision is left entirely in your hands, though you can toggle auto-fire to reduce some of the pressure. New weapons aren’t earned passively during a run but must be discovered somewhere on the stage itself. When you find one, you can swap it for one of your three current weapons. Once discovered, that weapon may also unlock in the pre-run selection menu, where it can replace the default weapon of its type. Progression also exists in another form. By defeating a set number of enemies across multiple runs with a certain weapon, you can unlock better versions of those weapons. These upgraded variants often come with perks—for example, a bow that shoots two arrows simultaneously or a dagger capable of deflecting incoming projectiles. Gameplay follows familiar rhythms. You roam across a stage that feels denser and more cluttered than in most games of this style, filled with environmental obstacles that demand tighter movement and situational awareness. Getting stuck in a corner is an ever-present danger, but you have a dash to save yourself. While maneuvering, you mow down waves of enemies and grab experience that triggers a level-up screen. During level-ups, you’re offered a choice of four random perks or upgrades. These range from practical improvements like faster reload times or quicker health regeneration, to more offensive boosts such as increased double damage chance or higher critical hit rates. Each perk can be chosen multiple times, stacking its power, and the screen clearly displays its current level along with the maximum attainable. Unlike most survivor games, where your goal is simply to endure a set number of minutes before facing a boss, this game tweaks the rules. Instead, you must eliminate key objects scattered across the stage to open the way to the main boss. There’s no timer pushing you forward, but the longer you take, the more dangerous things become: stronger enemies appear over time, with higher health and harder-hitting attacks. Enemies spawn close by, which can quickly overwhelm you but also ensures steady leveling without excessive grind. You can rush the boss, but gathering a good spread of perks first is often the smarter play. One final note: there are no permanent upgrades to buy between runs. Success depends entirely on player skill, weapon choices, and the perks you manage to collect during that specific attempt. There a bunch of achievement to obtain, most of which encourage you to kill enemies with a certain weapon, but there’s not much content after beating all three stages.

Recomendo!
I'm really enjoying the game! It has a great variety of weapons, upgrades, and enemies, and the pixel art is absolutely beautiful! For those who enjoy the survivors genre, this is a great game at a great price!
