I definitely get the mixed reviews for this one because it is not a very deep experience but rather a brief walk around an interesting area with a very loose narrative that only references the kind of works it says it's inspired by. Overall it had enough interesting ideas to keep me engaged for the roughly 15 minutes I wandered around so I'm rating it up, but be aware of what you're getting.
A little game to break the monotony. Kind of like an episode. Enjoyed this one as well. Maybe a kind of micro investigation of what a 3d platformer is about.
Everything by Minor Key Games is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ brilliant, and EPONYMOUS is no different. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chilling. Profoundly unsettling. Don't look at it. It won't change your life. My heart is stone.

Good game if u like games like Portal and/or Stanley Parable.
Not really sure what or even if there was a story or message, but as a visual experience I enjoyed this. Plenty of options for sound controls fov to make it a comfortable experience and really let you get lost in the game for a bit. Levels aren't too confusing, but the dialog is. Maybe it's because I haven't put in the time to read the footnoted content in the credits before playing to understand the placement of quotes and such, or maybe it's just simply meant to be confusing as part of the experience. Also Found a potato so that was the most rewarding thing I got from this game lol. I appreciated the potato. I played through it a second time to look at the things I missed which was nothing major, just a few quotes as far as I can tell. Anyways, it's cheap, takes a few minutes give it a try if the screenshots look appealing to you.
This game's an oddity. I bought it on that notion. I feel a person reading this should as well. I wasn't disapointed. Things to Note: If you've played a previous title of thiers named "Eldritch" you will find a lot of similarities. This similarities mostly apper in the level layout and visuals. They took me out of the exprience a smidge. The writings very natural. It feels like something a real human would say if in the role of a Guide. The jumping machinics (like all minor key games) is very polished and nice. I've never much cared for the "click in left stick to sprint" control. There's not alot there in terms of game length. It does seem to be meant to be played over and over. Which, would add to it's length. If it's price point was even a couple bucks more I'd say "nah" but for 3 bucks it's a really interesting experience.

WHAT
"surrealistic abstract walking simulator" free on itch io i mean i can't say much of what to expect about art besides maybe don't want to physically entretain myself and that's not the point of many pieces including this one i went on it not expectating mindblows not as "no expectations, no regrets" but "open minded enough to see a static painting, if that's what it is" i do not recommend this game for about 90% of steam user base and i loved it
