Epic Showdown

This game is horrible beyond belief. The menu is pure ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cancer and the framerate ingame is horrible. Multiplayer does not work properly and the game looks like ♥♥♥♥. Only upside is being able to close the game without it freezing my computer. I wish i could delete this game from my library since it ruins the veiw of my other games. How this game can be 10euro is mindblowing on a different level. 1/100

This game is garbage, utter garbage! I am a gamer since 1994 and I played my share of games, even those that are not the most popular out there on the market, so trust me when I say that this game is garbage that you shouldnt play even if it was available for FREE!

I'm sorry for this game. Bugs and bugs over bugs and bugs. Not a bad game but the bugs and bad optimization are killing it.

Stupid Game!! All kinds of bug, alwasy fall into a small gap and hard to get out. After all, I m a cat lover and I hate when the guy throw a cat to tv screen

Things I really did like right from the get, voice acting for the pumpkin character, I assume. Character models, mostly. Levels \ Environment when the game is on an acceptable graphic setting Take a look at the time I played to see how fair of a shake I gave it, maybe a half-hearted pleased to meet you but it's very obvious this game has a little bit to go. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cisjBsvNLg0 Video sums up most of what I find wrong with the game, mainly -animations -easy to cheat -sounds remind me of when I made my own quake 1 "mod" -inconsistent hit registry or hitboxes are weird -fix graphics settings so that the game looks acceptable in terms of color \ darkness and light no matter what quality you are using Give the game 1-3 months and some hard work and this could be a really unique experience, just noticed this isn't early access so I am not counting on any future development.

Epic Showdown is a fun arcade shooter. Just think Mario Kart Battle, you get to run around in an area and shoot the incoming enemies. The controls are easy, and anyone can pick this up and figure it out quickly. The developers are adding new stuff each week, they recently added Multiplayer which is a plus for anyone looking for more fun out of the game! I highly recommend this game for anyone that is looking for something new, and just want to shoot a bunch of things!

Epic Showdown is a third person action brawler game where you fight hordes of enemies in various colorful environments. Despite being made in the impressive Unreal engine, developers managed to make the game look pretty terrible, with low quality assets everywhere. The game is buggy, the controls clunky, and the fights poorly balanced. The game is very unpolished. The whole thing is a bit of a mess. I can't recommend anyone buys this, especially not for the ridiculous $5 price tag, too much for shovelware.

I uh.... I'm not sure what I expected. Look, I'm the kinda guy that enjoys really bad budget PS2 games. I can find joy in even hastily slapped together unity/unreal assets strung together with some basic semblance of gameplay. So the issue here is, this game isn't really functional. If you pick the "dark forest" level you immediately fall through the floor, so that stage is non-functional. The character select screen doesn't properly show which character you picked unless you're in the "crypt" game mode. Objective game mode is borderline unplayable because enemies spawn in too fast and there's no feedback to indicate what you're doing is correct. I spent a long time channeling energy into one portal in the village map and nothing happened. So really the only fun in this game is if you select wave based survival, and even then you have one less map than advertised because the forest map is completely unplayable. Also even if you're in wave based mode, the intro to each stage that tells you the objectives still plays and is unskippable. If this game had no glitches, I would actually recommend it as a cute little "baby's first unreal game" sorta thing. But no, this game ain't finished and does not function correctly.
