ENDALOR

Endalor has REALLY good bones! The semi-Soulslike nature of combat plus the Soulslike 1 stat per level up gameplay makes this feel interesting in a big way. I feel like the survival gameplay is actually what makes this game kind of bad. Hunger and Thirst accumulate too quickly and eating food massively depletes your hydration. The system feels like an annoying nuisance and nothing more. Likewise, the environment is too cluttered to find a good place to build structures and as of right now trees, etc. respawn when you reload the game so if you clear an area to build on you will just log in with trees clipping through your base. I still like it, and can't wait to see how it shapes up.

My daughter bought this for me because she saw it was a 'souls like' (and I use that term [i]very loosely[/i] here) and it was on sale. But I don't know... The spirit/idea of this game [i]seems like[/i] it could be very interesting/fun in theory. But in practice, it's littered with jank and just doesn't gel at present. I'm refunding so she can get her cash back, maybe I'll revisit it somewhere down the road when it has had more time to cook.

Le jeu est absolument affreux et n’offre pas un système de combat fluide. Il aurait dû rester en développement plus longtemps et ne vaut pas 20 $.

Awesome game

If you're looking for old school / soulslike / EldenRing'ish vibe game to play either solo or co-op, I'd highly recommend this one. Lots to discover & explore, bosses are well made and the unique weapons and their special abilities are top notch when you get further into the game. Begins slowly but ramps up well. Loved the world design that the devs have made here, if you love to explore crannies and crevices , you will most likely find something interesting for example hidden cave with monsters and tons of valuables. Also the hidden "jump puzzles" are well designed. They even got SLOT MACHINE in it to waste your hard earned coins into! Game from couple of devs, cannot really complain much, impressed. Sound effects odd here and there, like my friend said: "Some attacks sounds more like beating a rug than swinging the sh1t out of the enemy with 2 handed fire sword" - All in all bang for the buck -

Moi qui voulais un jeu dark fantasy, je n'ai pas été déçu. Certes, le jeu est en accès anticipé [donc manque de contenu et quelques bugs (pour ma pars je n'en ai pas trop rencontré)] mais pour un début, je pense que la suite s'annonce prometteuse. Hâte de voir les futurs maj ainsi que les autres zones du jeu! Pour ma part, je pense m'essayer a la construction de ma base en attendant ces futures maj (car j'en ai marre d'être sdf 😂). Bref, je conseille ce jeu en solo ou avec des amis.
