Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
No United States chart position — it charts only in the markets below.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.14/day in the week to Aug 26 → 18/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About

In an age of galactic superpowers and interstellar war, your story influences the connected experience and handcrafted evolving narrative. From discovering new worlds, to exhilarating space combat and a fully-realised economy for trade, the galaxy is waiting.

The 400-billion star systems of the Milky Way form the vast and dynamic stage for Elite Dangerous' open-ended gameplay. Constructed using real astronomical data, the stars, planets, moons, asteroid belts, and black holes of our galaxy are rendered at true galactic scale. Chart a course through star systems never before visited by other Commanders and explore the surface of strange and unfamiliar worlds with a Surface Recon Vehicle.

Over 35 distinct spacecraft are ready for you to command, from lightweight exploration vessels to gigantic behemoths ready for battle. Build a diverse collection of ships and outfit them to match your playstyle. Customise every component, weapon and optional module to enhance and alter your ships’ capabilities.

Hunt, explore, fight, mine, smuggle and trade across the galaxy. Forge your path solo or with up to three friends in a Wing. Join a Squadron full of like-minded Commanders and share the highs and lows of your interstellar adventures together.
With the System Colonisation mechanic, the power to claim and expand your very own star systems is in your hands. Whether creating a thriving new economy, a bustling trade hub, or a new port of operations, the galaxy awaits your vision.

The Elite Dangerous galaxy revolves around players’ actions. In an age of galactic superpowers and interstellar war, every player’s personal story influences the space simulation and handcrafted, evolving narrative.
Co-operate with fellow Commanders in pivotal Community Goal events that can permanently alter the state of the galaxy, earning exclusive rewards and recognition for your contribution in the process.
Align with a galactic superpower and alter the interstellar landscape with Powerplay. Support your power or undermine a rival through a variety of means, from hacking starport advertisements to attacking gigantic Stronghold Carriers. Every contribution matters.

Experience unpredictable encounters with other players in a vast, massively multiplayer space. Experience the connected galaxy alone in Solo mode or with players across the world in Open Play, where every pilot you face could become a trusted ally or your deadliest enemy.

The universe of Elite Dangerous continues to grow and expand with new features and content. Regular major updates provide new opportunities and gameplay for you to discover and change the way you play.

Started playing Elite Dangerous in 2017 as it was my first space exploring sim on the ps4. Had no idea what I was doing but I was so interested in the game. Unfortunately at the time I was playing other games heavily, but I always came back to this game. I stopped playing when ps4 support stopped, didn't think I needed this game anyways since there were games like No Man Sky with their legendary come back. No Man Sky was and is cool, but just didn't satisfy my thirst for a space sim, and I really hate landing in NMS as it is fast, boring, too basic. In elite dangerous I seriously learned this game over the years as I would come back and spend large amounts of times just learning and getting good at the game, and re learning cuz this ♥♥♥♥ was complicated for me at times haha. I remember going in a space station and wondering to myself like, wow this ♥♥♥♥ so is soo cool looks like a colony from Gundam Wing. I always would tease the idea of actually going in a station after landing and just walk around. Well one day I woke up to seeing a ad for Operations. I was not gonna get this game at first and really didnt like the fact I couldn't get it on my ps5, but I got too curious and downloaded on my steam deck and was super surprised I got the base game and expansion for only 8 dollars. I was really surprised that the tutorial where you start on the base was actually really cool and now I'm looking forward to more of that. Even walking around in the space station I was pretty hyped, I started talking to my Wife and Son about how I can't believe I'm actually walking to stuff in this game and it doesn't look cartoony, everything looks amazing. Maybe I'm hyping it up too quickly but so far I'm enjoying the crap out this game and I'm now installing it on my gaming pc that I usually only use for work now. If your wondering bout coming back to the game I think you should. There's still bugs here and there but other than that it's good progress, and If you don't wanna do the new stuff like shooting mfs that the new expansion brings then go do all the other stuff that elite dangerous was and still is known for. I think if the updates keep coming, games like NMS and Star Citizen will have really good competition and will make this genre of gaming to be super popular again.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 13: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Combination of action, simulation, and strategy. It does all very well. The simulation part adds time and patience. If you need heart pounding action nonstop and have no patience to move through the simulation and depth part of the game, this may not be the game for you. If you are looking for something with depth, thought, and effort that may take time, you will very likely enjoy this game. **I have had zero issues running this game full blast on my computer**
Great game really enjoy it
It's not perfect but I keep comming back to it. The world feels a bit empty but everything else is just so good, everytime I play another space game I end up going back to ED cause it's just so beautiful. No other games come close to this for flying ships. ( may star citizen but I don't know, everytim I tried it was crashing...) Some story driven quests or better on foot missions would make this game perfect.
Very Elite,very Dangerous
if you want an easy game dont get this. if you want eve online or starcraft dont get this. if you want a SPACE SIMULATION that is the size of the milky way galaxy (with procedurally generated planets and systems) and allows you to make money in really any way you want, this is a great game. if you want something you can keep coming back to and hyperfixate on, this is perfect.
