A nicely crafted story awaits you in a magically rich environment, crammed with tiny objects that you can barely see against a well-drawn backdrop. Clearly, a lot of effort has been put into packing as many complex puzzles as possible into a small space. Sometimes with help, sometimes without, sometimes as hidden object scenes, but always with intricate details to find. There's also a repetitive but quite good board game.
``` I struggled through the first few rooms. It took an hour and was challenging. Then I ventured out into the freedom of the magical lands, and I immediately quit.
You'll find a jumble of puzzles that's more off-putting than inviting. Too much, too densely packed, too difficult, and without any help at the most crucial points. There are no guides, none at all—which is quite remarkable after three years on Steam.
I consider this game unsuitable for the average player.
It's a challenge for pros. I wouldn't recommend it.

"Elementals: The Magic Key" nimmt dich mit auf ein spannendes Abenteuer, in dem du Albert, einem jungen Magier, hilfst, den Schlüssel von Eiron wiederherzustellen und seine Schwester zu retten, die von Sibelius, einem bösen Zauberer, entführt wurde. Löse die kniffligen Rätsel, stöbere in zahllosen Wimmelbildszenen und versuche dich an herausfordernden Brettspiel-Duellen in diesem erstaunlichen Wimmelbildspiel. [Herausgeber]
Eine nett gemachte Geschichte ewartet dich, in einer von Magie durchwobenen Umgebung, vollgestopft mit winzigen Teilen die du vor einer gut gezeichneten Innenausstattung aber so gut wie gar nicht erkennen kannst. Hier wurde sich sichtlich Mühe gegeben auf engen Raum möglichst viele und zudem noch komplexe Rätsel unterzubringen. Mal mit Hilfe, mal ohne Hilfe, mal als Wimmelbild, aber immer Kleinteilig in der Suchaufgabe. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch ein sich wiederholendes durchaus gutes Brettspiel.
Ich habe mich mit Mühe durch die ersten Räume gequält. Hat eine Stunde gedauert und war anspruchsvoll. Dann ging es hinaus in die Freiheit der magischen Lande und ich habe sogleich aufgehört.
Es erwartet dich ein Rätselkonglomerat das eher Abschreckend als Einladend ist. Zu viel, zu eng gepackt, zu schwer und an den wichtigsten Stellen ohne Hilfe. Es gibt keine Guide, überhaupt keine
was doch sehr auffällig ist nach 3 Jahren bei Steam.
Ich bewerte dieses Spiel als für den normal Spieler für ungeeignet.
Für Profis als Herausforderung. Mir ist es keine Empfehlung Wert.
