About
Elemental War Clash combines classic tower defense with roguelite and RPG mechanics as well as different elements to combine and create more powerful towers. As a best of Elemental War 1 and Elemental War 2 it provides the most content, best features and stunning visuals while you defeat your portal, beat other players in PvP or build new maps in the level editor.
The foundation of Elemental War are the different elements. With element crystals you get every five waves you can summon powerful bosses, the so-called elementals. By defeating the elementals you unlock their element to improve your towers and get access to new abilities and upgrades by combining up to three elements.
The heart of the Elemental War series are the quests and items. By solving quests you unlock new items for your item pool that then will drop throughout your runs. Items can be passive bonusses, active abilities or tower equipment to customize your towers.
Elemental War Clash features the cross-platform PvP multiplayer mode "Clash" in which two players will fight each other. You both will have to defend your portal as well as send monsters to your opponent at the same time. Who will be able to survive longest?

Reviews
If you know Elemental War and Elemental War 2, this one will feel familiar right from the beginning. It's a decent, complex TD. You'll love it if you like the genre.
If you enjoyed their previous TD games Elemental War 1 or even 2, this really takes the best of both of those and puts everything together into a bigger and better package. There is something very satisfying about the simplicity of a good Tower Defense game. Maybe because i played a bunch on my phone back in the day - but i love being able to stack up a bunch of towers and watch lines of enemies get melted. Where the Elemental games get really fun is the depth and complexity of the different elemental combinations you can start to put together for each tower and just the way you have to kill an elemental to gain that specific element. It adds a nice layer of strategy and thought to each round. I haven't dug too far into this but its already nice to see some well laid out tutorials this time around as well as improved visuals. You can play zoomed out from a top down view or you can zoom right in close to the action. It just seems like there are a whole bunch of options here and a whole bunch of content.
I'm sorry to write this review but the game is unplayable. Version 2 was much better! Enemies are immune to status effects after cycle through all the crystals and you can't win. Even on easy you cannot win
