2 floors (what about the 100)
Reached end credits in about 70 hours on very hard difficulty permadeath mode. If you want to experience a slice of what the original Aincrad death game was like, this is the best SAO game money can buy and none of the other ones even come close (and we probably won't get anything better than this in the future either). As a standalone game it's decent enough, but not really worth playing unless you're a fan of the original series and experiencing the death game as one of the players is something you've been pining for. Exploring the world and immersing yourself is fun, combat is better than every other SAO game, and playing on permadeath mode is recommended for the best experience. If I had to list one thing I disliked it would be that it's another story focused around us being the hero/main character instead of just a side character. I enjoyed the story segments about our characters leveling strategy and working to clear the floors much more than the super secret quest where we are secretly the hero who saves aincrad behind the scenes. Despite the review-bombing from poors who refunded and had already made up their minds about the game before it even came out, it turned out to be a pretty good game overall.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 1: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Looks like they made this game and launched it back in the Stone Age.
dont get the game bro just dont
Fun game first 5 or so hours were sluggish but thats the only thing wrong with the game It becomes so much better in the later half of the game
Echoes of Aincrad. Is it worth 70 dollars? Well... no. Echoes of Aincrad succeeds as an SAO experience more than it succeeds as a standalone action RPG. It captures the atmosphere, characters, and lore that fans love, but its restricted exploration and condensed progression prevent it from fully conveying the dread and accomplishment of climbing Aincrad’s 100 floors. For SAO veterans, it’s an enjoyable extension of the series; for newcomers, there are stronger action RPGs available.

This game is super slow. Not like the speed of the gameplay, but it takes forever to do anything. 6-ish hours to get to character creation. Another 6 hours to start the game's plot if you've been skipping side quests. And if you have been doing side quests, you'd best get comfortable fighting the same 8 bosses and watching their one associated takedown animation every time. Or fighting the same elite enemies, many of which will gank you. Not to mention how I had once got mobbed for a solid 15 seconds at the start of a boss fight in death game mode when the game hadn't even finished transitioning from the pre-fight cutscene so I couldn't even fight back. The player character isn't even the hero of the story. You're Iori's voiceless attack dog. You don't explore a thriving world. You're traversing instances filled with mobs that'll turn you around right when you try leaving the pre-determined zone. Nor can you swim or fall a distance greater than 3 feet without breaking your damn legs. This is PS Vita era game design that asks you pay $70 to play what used to go for $40. Don't buy it without playing the demo first, and definitely don't pay full price if you do.
i have all but one trophy on this game now. when i say this i mean it: Dont buy this game. its half finished. they hit you with a literal "to be continued" right in the middle of the story, after wasting your time for sixty hours getting there. the post game is thin and hollow, and every system in this game is a boilerplate filler system. imagine aincrad without skills. thats this game. gear custimization is basically zero, i cant believe i paid for this game. it is 2/10. it is the worst SAO game made since probably infinity moment. capcom is proving they dont have the skills needed to give us a real aincrad experience. to date, hollow realization is still the PEAK SAO game.
The game is fun in the combat area, and the graphics are nice. The story of the game is only starting, so I'm waiting for more to come. The characters in the story are nice to interact with to some extent; I will be looking forward to how they expand in the future. Overall I'm enjoying the gameplay so far, but I believe the game will go further in the future. If you are ready for a long haul and the possibility of the game only adding so much get the game. Your not sure about the game wait until they add more changes or get the game on sale. Overall the game right now is more mixed feelings for me, and hopefully they will add more to expand this game.
