Earth Must Die

Satyryczna gra w stylu "Point & Click". Ogólne wykonanie jest w porządku, jednak jest sporo mocno irytujących momentów i niedociągnięć jak np. brak możliwości pominięcia wstawek filmowych lub chociażby ich przyspieszenia. Najbardziej wkurzające były jednak co niektóre zagadki do rozwiązania, które wymagały wielu żmudnych powtórzeń aby zatrybiły wreszcie prawidłowo. W ostatecznym rozrachunku gra wypada co najwyżej średnio, bo humor w tej grze też nie jest zbyt przesadnie dobry.

《Earth Must Die》是我今年目前最惊喜的游戏。 它当然是一个恶毒、低俗、荒诞的外星暴君喜剧。但真正厉害的地方在于——所有笑话都不是孤立段子，而是互相咬合的权力讽刺。 开场父皇的那句话：“当你坐拥钱财、力量与权势时，愚蠢就不成问题了”几乎就是全游戏的总纲。后面的贵族继承、民主投票、科技公司协议、AI 发布会、宣传机构、微型世界、地星联盟、反转结局，全部都在反复演示同一件事：愚蠢不构成问题，因为有系统替愚蠢免责，有别人替愚蠢付账，代价可以被转移。 它不洗白主角，也不神化任何制度。帝制是烂的，民主会被操控；资本主义是烂的，反抗者也可能复制同样的暴力逻辑。AI 当然可以被讽刺，自动化绩效逻辑也一样。科技资本更可以被讽刺，所谓“更好的制度”也永远可能被钱财、力量与权势重新污染。 主角这个只剩下一张嘴的烂人，从头到尾都靠嘴活着，而游戏最后也把这一点收成了一个非常漂亮的闭环。 这个游戏很刻薄，很脏，很反高潮，也绝对不是所有人都会喜欢。但我非常喜欢。它只是把很多被漂亮话遮蔽和掩盖的，用最荒诞、最恶毒、最好笑的方式直接翻了出来，摊开在你面前而已。 对我来说，它已经是年度最佳，毋庸置疑的。

Writing is fine if it's your thing, but the game play is weak and gets in the way. Would have been better as a walking sim. Or a TV show which is what it wants to be.

一开始还抱着比较强的容忍度和期待玩的，但是玩着玩着发现一些谜题真的很无厘头，这不是问题，只能说是我脑洞不够大，但是一些操作上的问题真的没法忍。指令方式本身就很抽象了，操作也很不方便，如果对不准就要重新点好多次，还有时候角色挨太近导致无法调出某个角色的指令，还有一次需要点的按钮直接出框了，只能说挺搞心态的。

非常棒的游戏，太有梗了，只可惜有点高开低走，而且似乎没有多结局？ 如果这种对话分支能够达成多结局就好了，可惜每个选项基本没什么变化

Earth Must Die is a beautifully rendered cartoonish sci-fi epic. As Vvalak, dictator of the Tyrythian Ascendancy, it's up to you to make sure it prospers. Unfortunately, he alerts the Terranoid Empire and they invade his sector of space. And from here we start a one man rebellion to take them down and get back to despotic rulership. One thing that I really liked about this one was that there's no inventory at all. Vvalak does not like getting his hands dirty, so he orders around those in the area to do his bidding. And there is plenty of hilarity to be had here, too. I'd consider this a very good contender for an adventure game of the year as it's very well written and the voice acting is impeccable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a funny sci-fi point-and-click adventure game experience.

Game was alright. I got enough enjoyment out of it for the price of admission, so that is really all I could ask for out of a point-and-click adventure. It was better than seeing any modern day movies or TV shows, which I know is not saying much, but all I am saying is that you could definitely do much worse. The ending was kind of lame though. I wouldn't necessarily call it a comedy, although I think that is what it was striving for, but there were a few times I did laugh legitimately.
