⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 EA SPORTS FC 26 is a solid football game that improves on FC 25 with smoother gameplay, better player movement, and more responsive passing and dribbling. The updated animations and AI make matches feel more realistic, and modes like Career Mode, Clubs, and Ultimate Team continue to offer plenty of content. The game looks great, with impressive stadiums, player likenesses, and authentic match-day presentation. Career Mode has received welcome improvements, making team management more enjoyable. However, it still has some familiar issues. Online gameplay can be inconsistent because of server lag, player switching isn't always reliable, and Ultimate Team remains heavily focused on microtransactions. Goalkeepers and refereeing decisions can also feel frustrating at times. Overall, EA SPORTS FC 26 is an enjoyable football game with meaningful improvements, but it doesn't completely fix the long-standing problems of the series. If you love football, it's worth playing, especially if you're interested in Career Mode or Clubs, but it isn't a revolutionary leap over previous entries.
