Reviews
"We have Skyrim at home" Sure, Dread Delusion's combat isn't great, and the item economy is completely broken in a bad way, and the fast travel is extremely punitive for no good reason. But the open world they've built is so rich and textured with strange creatures, fantastical tales, and the brutal reality of living under a neuron star on an island above a dead world that you'll find yourself sucked into it regardless.
A wonderful open world experience with a charming retro vibe to it. The world is bizarre in the best way with lots of secrets to discover. If you enjoy Elder Scrolls games and the old King's Field games, this is for you!

Do you smell that, Prisoner XVII?
A delightful fantasy RPG with an intriguing and gorgeous world (even with the relatively simple graphics) and fun and unusual quests. In terms of mechanics, I might call them "Elder Scrolls lite" in that most of the familiar things are there -- alchemy, spellcasting, equipment upgrades -- but in simplified form. The game surprised me a number of times, and had quite a few satisfying payoffs, including the ending. I really had a great time wandering the realms. One note: I had two false starts on this game before it finally "took" for me! The tutorial area and first "dungeon" will seem a bit linear and tedious, but once you pass through that (which shouldn't take very long) the game opens up into a world of possibilities.
I am still in the middle of playing this, so it is not a finished review. But honestly, the gameplay and mechanics kinda slap. I never expected to enjoy this tittle as much as I am doing, since I have always been more of an Elder Scrolls fan. I would decribe the gameplay as "how Morrowind should have been"

This game is like a lucid fever dream and its honestly awesome. Like many reviews said before the navigation / heavy backtracking can be annoying at time and the combat is really barebone but it make up for it with amazing worldbuilding and insane immersion.
