great game
Underrated af !
ok
Good graphic, good story, endless mission list
Dragon Age: The Veilguard isn't Dragon Age: Origins. And once I stopped expecting it to be, I had a great time. The combat is faster, more action-focused, and far more cinematic than previous entries. Building your character, combining abilities with companions, and taking on larger encounters feels satisfying throughout the adventure. While longtime fans may miss some of the older tactical systems, the combat remains engaging and fun in its own right. The real highlight is the companions. As always, BioWare excels at creating characters who feel distinct, memorable, and worth getting to know. Their personal stories, banter, and interactions often became just as important to me as the main quest itself. Visually, the game is beautiful. The environments are packed with detail, the art direction is strong, and many locations feel like they were pulled directly from a fantasy painting. Exploring Thedas has never looked better. The story has its ups and downs, but it successfully delivers the sense that you're part of a major conflict with world-changing stakes. There are plenty of memorable moments, interesting lore revelations, and character-driven scenes that kept me invested from start to finish. Will every Dragon Age fan love every change? Probably not. But judged on what it is rather than what some people wanted it to be, The Veilguard is a polished, enjoyable fantasy RPG with strong characters, excellent presentation, and a lot of heart. **Pros:** * Memorable companions * Fun action combat * Beautiful environments * Strong character interactions * Great world-building **Cons:** * Less tactical than earlier Dragon Age games * Some pacing issues * Not every change will appeal to longtime fans **Overall: 8.5/10** The reason I stayed wasn't the combat. It wasn't the graphics. It was because I genuinely wanted to see what happened to the people traveling beside me. And that's always been Dragon Age's greatest strength.
Despite the criticism I did have fun with this game, though the fetch quests and story telling can be frustrating. If you enjoy this kind of game, get it on sale. Worth a try, but probably not something for those looking for a game that feels like Dragon Age.
love it
It wasn't my favorite of the Dragon Age games, but I still really enjoyed this game, for the most part. The graphics and scenery in the game were beautiful.
