Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.29/day in the week to Sep 2 → 1.71/day in the week after.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.43/day in the week to Jul 24 → 1.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 25 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 10 places towards #1, and the 2,413 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3787396530

A really good puzzle game. I'd recommend it to basically any gamer. It's probably an 8.5/10 game. Maybe even 9/10.

its one of the best point-and-click games out there and i encourage everyone to give this game a try!
I saw this game around 7-8 years ago on YouTube, and I finally bought it for myself, which I'm glad I did. It had a great story that is only fully shown after at least a couple playthroughs, great puzzles, an overall fun experience. Would recommend.
Best puzzle game thats ever created.one of scriptwelders masterpieces. Amazing story amazing writing amazing multiverse everything i think about this game is just perfect
Sui generis. Flaws: * UI is clunky * lots of unskippable animations, and walls of unskippable text, especially cumbersome because you need/want to replay the game multiple times, but you already have all the dialogue memorized because _you had to skip it manually dozens of times_; even fastest text speed doesn't really help, because those are WALLS of text. Literally. * some puzzles have absurd solutions, some items have nonsense properties (e.g. you can't tie a rope anywhere; you must add a hook to be able to use the rope at all, and that hook, present only in one easily missable place in the game, doesn't make any sense, neither as to where it is found nor how it should work; you can't fashion a lightning rod out of any metal you find in the game, you need dedicated COPPER WIRE for it?? ... regular gas can stores 10L of gas... I could go on) * a lot of backtracking. A LOT. Sometimes you'll have to revisit locations you already 100% cleaned because of completely irrational pseudo-story reasons (yes, those situations feel extremely forced), * if you want to 100% it, it gets tedious after a while due to repetitiveness of some sequences, Arguable choices and so-so things: * writing, while at times funny or cool, usually misses the spots (and, I remind you, WALLS OF TEXT :) * low-res pixel art. It's not beautiful like a good pixel art, it's the "barely visible" kind with choppy animations and objects that are hard to distinguish from each other, * some "moral" choices and narratives are very dubious or weak, * deus ex machinas everywhere; although they are lampshaded, they still feel out of place, * default price point. Relatively short even to 100%, and thus that $15 might be arguable for some, * quite easy once you get the hang of it. Now, you might ask, why the RECOMMENDED then? Simple. It's a very good game. How good? Well, good enough so that the above doesn't really matter. Overall: Extremely fun, addictive and satisfying. It's a sui generis sandbox/adventure/time management mix. Exploring the world (which has uber worldbuilding and is literally epic), experimenting, learning... it makes it worth the time. Also, the music. You won't find any other game like it. This is scriptwelder's opus magnum so far, it's so good it's genuinely surprising it was made mostly by a single person. You can feel the auteurship here. *As to the price - buy it in a key shop, it's like $2 there. Definitely worth it then.
My Absolute favorite point & click game to come back to!! So much replayability in this game alone excluding the other 3 Don't Escape games!
