Sinceramente ero partito con buoni propositi ma forse avevo delle aspettative alte. Il gioco non è male, simpatico all'inizio e si lascia giocare. Il problema è che a un certo punto la ripetitività la fa da padrona, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'audio. Ok che il protagonista debba dire frasi iconiche ogni tot di tempo ma queste sono sempre le stesse fino alla fine e spesso ripetute consecutivamente ogni 2 o 3 kill. Le armi sono divertenti ma lo shotgun, secondo la mia modesta opinione, è cosi OP che alcune armi successive danno meno soddisfazione per via di un problema di HitBox. Il problema è che le hitbox dei cadaveri sono leggermente alte, quindi se sparate ad altezza del busto con il lanciarazzi passando da sopra un cadavere questo esplode come se l'avesse colpito in pieno. Per questo il consiglio è di alzare leggermente di più la mira con certe armi dato che i colpi dei nemici passeranno tra i cadaveri senza problemi. Ci sono 3 bossfights nell'intero gioco, tutte e tre identiche tranne per l'ultima, che possiede tre fasi leggermente impegnative. Tralasciando l'ultima bossfight, appunto, le altre due si affrontano perfino con le prime armi trovate nel gioco e nell'anonimato più assoluto. Poi una cosa che non capisco è che lo sviluppatore ti stampa in faccia, appena avviato il gioco, che il prodotto è stato creato da un umano ma nella pagina di steam viene detto che per alcune parti ha usato l'IA, quindi non capisco la sparata iniziale. Il gioco in se è passabile se avete voglia di perdere tempo per due orette e potrei anche consigliarlo se il prezzo fosse di 50 centesimi, ma non vale nemmeno i 2 euro che ho sborsato al day one scontato.

Es ist echt schwer und ich bin schon 3x gestorben. Finde auch nicht alle Geheimnisse. Ich glaube ich muss es noch mehrmals spielen. F5 ist mein bester Freund. 👌👍

This is a 10 out of 10 Chefs kiss with the added disclaimer that the music and voicework was done with AI. Usually i would hate and cry fowl about this but unlike games like Riftfall or Jaws of Hell this game only loops a techno beat over and over again and its not a bad custom beat unlike Riftfall or Jaws of Hell that literally have ai songs repeating what ur doing while you do it while repeating the name of the game over and over again. Gameplay is pretty good especially in terms of weapon feedback and mobility, enemy variety is varied but most enemies just stay in place which even on its hardest difficulty(that being hard, only 3 difficulties) so the game isn't really that tough. If your expecting great satire i think this game only halfway reaches that goal in battling they "woke" mind virus or however this game defines it because its not entirely clear but some jokes land. 3 boss fights, first 2 suck and are easy bullet sponges(the game at least makes a joke and is self aware of this) but the final boss is pretty damn good. Also was the voice work just typing into Chatgpt "Brutal John meets Woke"? Either way for 3 dollars you get a pretty good time that i would call for its price and entertainment value a 10 out of 10 but really its a 7 out of 10. (Got it on sale)

The one acceptable use of AI. Fantastic game, short but fun. Would like to see more stuff like this on Steam. Looking forward to speedrunning and any future updates.

There was nothing really special that stood out here. It had everything you would expect in an old school shooter. The theme of it made me laugh, so yeah I gave it a thumbs up! Add more levels and things to say Devs...
